El problema con estás "dietas" es que cuando vuelven a comer normal, vuelven a subir de peso. No hay nada mejor que agregarme muchas verduras a tus comidas diarias. Limitar el pan, El azúcar,la pasta, las cosas fritas al mínimo, no refrescos o jugo. Y con eso tienen para bajar de peso. Yo no hago dieta, solo aprendí a comer bien.

Hey I just wanted to notify everyone here that this diet restriction isn't very healthy. These items may help you lose weight in the short term but it's not healthy in the long term as you are not getting enough of the nutrients you need to sustain yourself. The best way to make healthy lifestyle changes is to move slowly and introduce foods that you might not be getting enough of in your diet and introduce some physical activity. You might not see results right away but your body will feel so much better than doing diet, after diet. Also I just wanted to say as it bothers me, diet restrictions are never safe as they put people in a bad mindset which can lead to mental issues down the line, so please don't dietary restrict unless you have a religious or medical reason as it's dangerous to your physical and mental health. I am okay i forgot to give you u guys the progress, but so far so good, i began this diet on the 6th July and I stopped it on August. I was 57 kg. from then i started my own diet, but as restricted as the egg diet i lost 7 kg by then. I weighed 50.2 kg and after that I did the waterfasting diet for 7 days, it was too harsh, to keep up so after 4 days i quit but i lost 3 kg and i weight now 47.8kg

During the day, we eat certain amounts of food, drink fluids, so the weight increases. However, weight gain can also be caused by water retention in the body. With a small supply of water, drinking a lot of coffee and the presence of alcohol, the body will be dehydrated and will begin to store liquid. Simple as that.. Do people fall for that diet you show? Wanna lose weight guys? Keep your daily calories intake at a deficit and you will lose weight. Wanna gain some weight? Keep your daily intake at a surplus.

I’m starting today. Weight is 70.7 kilos and my goal weight is 55 kilos 🥰 The first meal of the day I have exactly what you have but I blended the low fat milk and frozen banana with chocolate protein powder and ice so I had a smoothie :) Day 1- 70.7 Day 2- Soooooo I had massive results today when I weighed for first day doing it.. I weighed 69.2 wowwwww 🤩. I’ll check back in tomorrow with what I weigh. I didn’t have the nuts last night because I didn’t have any but I brought some today to have some tonight after dinner. Day 3: I weighed just now before eating and I weigh 68.8 🥳 last night I stuck to everything again except I ate an apple with my mixed nuts. I also had my chocolate protein smoothie with the low fat milk, ice and frozen banana with my first meal 😀 it’s my last day doing this so I will weigh again tomorrow to see my results.

This is just like my diet these past few months. Breakfast, 2 boiled eggs. 1st snack, small mandarin. Lunch, anything around 500-700kCal (make sure the nutrients are balanced). 2nd snack, small mandarin. Dinner, 200ml of low fat milk (I drink milk in the evening to help me sleep lol). I lost 15kg already.
@@dwkrmn8173 I already lost 20kg now. The total it took me to lose that 20kg is ~7 months (so around 2-3kg per month). Mind that this is from eating alone as I didn't do any exercise aside of daily chore (handwashing clothes, cook, handwashing dishes, and 5x prayers a day since I'm a Muslim).

Sigh..... Alright guys, listen: 1kg of fat = approximately 7700 calories. The average woman expends about 2000-2500 calories in a day, depending on activity level and assuming that she's healthy (if you're maintaining on less you either have a metabolic condition, like Hashimotos or Hypothyroidism, are super short and sedentary, or have trained your metabolism to be very efficient with very little aka you're a chronic dieter) The only way she'd lose more than 1kg of FAT in 3 days would be for her to not eat anything at all (eating disorders anyone? Lol). Therefore what we see here is mostly the loss of water weight. Eat enough and lose slowly. If you truly care about looking better and being healthier, there's no reason to rush it.

i just want to say that this is a quick remedy but if you are aiming for long term weight loss, there is no shortcut. You have to eat to suffice your body’s needed food intake/nutrients, alongside that, i know that it’s a pain thinking of working out, but you just have to do it and eventually replace those fats with muscle. I was obese and looked for quick ways to lost weight, didn’t work. But when I just took my time, I eventually enjoyed my weight loss journey and now im at average weight and feel a lot better.

@@unstablehuman155 Hola, tal vez yo no sé mucho del tema y no son ninguna experta, pero recuerda que el kimchi son verduras, verduras ligeras acompañadas de condimentos (es más como un repollo o una lechuga) el sabor del kimchi puede ser picante, salada, con poco sazón, etc Lo que yo te recomiendo es que lo remplazes con una ensalada o con verduras que no den tantas calorías, puedes comprar verduras congeladas o compra verduras normales y cortarlas, ya de ti depende que salsas o aderezos le quieras poner, yo te recomiendo que no le pongas tanto, porque es mejor comer las verduras sin nada, así al natural, pero como se que eso puede no llegar a saber delicioso o bueno, le puedes poner un *POCO* de esas salsas, para que no te sepa tan insípido.

Exercise : As I am on my period I couldn't now work out and I wasn't feeling like tho..
Day 1 : I walked 3k steps (as I was off diet and haven't done any exercise in 1-2 months)

Day 3 : I walked 3k steps (I really wasn't feeling well but I still walked)
Review : At day 1 the meal felt tasty tho but at day 2 I started craving for salty food and I don't like sweets so I didn't have sugar craving.. And by the second day of diet I started feeling tired and lazy.. And at day 3 I wasn't even feeling like waking from bed..
But I am really happy with the results.. 💜💜💜

I underwent yoyo pretty badly. When I woke up today I weighed 78.95kg. I knew that the way I did my diet previously was unsustainable. I'm going to try to do a sustainable diet this time round, making a change in lifestyle habits, and do it long term. I will put up my weight every Friday on a weekly basis. I will try to eat healthy but delicious food for brunch, yoghurt with frozen fruit pieces in between, and a salad or sweet potato with almond milk or optifast for dinner, depending on how I feel. Fighting!!! This means something similar to yes!! Let's do it!! Let's do our best!!! (In Korean)

Hola vine a comentar cómo me ha ido y la verdad es que si veo resultados e bajado un kilo y medio en tres días pesaba 50.3 y ahora peso 48.6, se las recomiendo muchoo, pero no les recomiendo que las hagan por mucho días seguidos ya que no es bueno y además cuando terminen la dieta y empiezan a comer normal van a volver a subir de peso, les recomiendo que la dieta la hagan tres días a la semana y que los días que no la hagan coman muchas verduras y traten de evitar los azúcares, frituras, refrescos, pasta etc para que así su peso se mantenga estable 😁 buena suerte a todos y hojala y cumplan sus metas ✨

I think the secret to lose more weight is to drink a lots of water during the times you are not eating ! Remember to drink 3.7 liter water each day for perfect results with this diet + exercises ( i recommend to walk everday 10.000 steps)

end of diet, i am writing a solution:
it was hard at the first day but if you survive the first day, than you completed 50% of your whole diet i personally think. bc the first day is the toughest day of all days and after 4,5 weeks i stopped the egg diet and changed into my own diet i created by doing the egg diet. my own diet has eggs in it but i just added some fruits and drank more water. i am 51 kg right when i acc started the diet thing i was 67 kg but when i started this diet i was 61.8 so i lost in total 16 kg but if you look at just this diet 10.8 kg.. i hope i gave you all some inspiration, love you guys you can also do it💓💓 discipline yourself that's the 🗝

I am okay i forgot to give you u guys the progress, but so far so good, i began this diet on the 6th July and I stopped it on August. I was 57 kg. from then i started my own diet, but as restricted as the egg diet i lost 7 kg by then. I weighed 50.2 kg and after that I did the waterfasting diet for 7 days, it was too harsh, to keep up so after 4 days i quit but i lost 3 kg and i weight now 47.8kg

WTF. It is bullshit. You don't simply lose 1.2kg overnight omg (Pls educate yourself that your weight can vary, and in the morning you might weigh 50kg, but in the evening it will be either 51.5 or 48.5. Why? During the day, we eat certain amounts of food, drink fluids, so the weight increases. However, weight gain can also be caused by water retention in the body. With a small supply of water, drinking a lot of coffee and the presence of alcohol, the body will be dehydrated and will begin to store liquid. Simple as that.. Do people fall for that diet you show? Wanna lose weight guys? Keep your daily calories intake at a deficit and you will lose weight. Wanna gain some weight? Keep your daily intake at a surplus.

Just walk everyday. Do at least 10000 steps and eat less than you burn.

The first meal of the day I have exactly what you have but I blended the low fat milk and frozen banana with chocolate protein powder and ice so I had a smoothie :)

Day 2- Soooooo I had massive results today when I weighed for first day doing it.. I weighed 69.2 wowwwww 🤩. I’ll check back in tomorrow with what I weigh. I didn’t have the nuts last night because I didn’t have any but I brought some today to have some tonight after dinner.
Day 3: I weighed just now before eating and I weigh 68.8 🥳 last night I stuck to everything again except I ate an apple with my mixed nuts. I also had my chocolate protein smoothie with the low fat milk, ice and frozen banana with my first meal 😀 it’s my last day doing this so I will weigh again tomorrow to see my results.

This is just like my diet these past few months. Breakfast, 2 boiled eggs. 1st snack, small mandarin. Lunch, anything around 500-700kCal (make sure the nutrients are balanced). 2nd snack, small mandarin. Dinner, 200ml of low fat milk (I drink milk in the evening to help me sleep lol). I lost 15kg already.

@@dwkrmn8173 I already lost 20kg now. The total it took me to lose that 20kg is ~7 months (so around 2-3kg per month). Mind that this is from eating alone as I didn't do any exercise aside of daily chore (handwashing clothes, cook, handwashing dishes, and 5x prayers a day since I'm a Muslim).

The average woman expends about 2000-2500 calories in a day, depending on activity level and assuming that she's healthy (if you're maintaining on less you either have a metabolic condition, like Hashimotos or Hypothyroidism, are super short and sedentary, or have trained your metabolism to be very efficient with very little aka you're a chronic dieter)
The only way she'd lose more than 1kg of FAT in 3 days would be for her to not eat anything at all (eating disorders anyone? Lol). Therefore what we see here is mostly the loss of water weight.
Eat enough and lose slowly. If you truly care about looking better and being healthier, there's no reason to rush it.

I am having a Hard time losing weight and today I’m actually serious on weight loss and I have a big tip for y’all out there that has a hard time losing weight 1. you should have breakfast where it’s important to get energy to start your day eat a chicken salad or any type of salad you like or boiled eggs 2. For lunch don’t skip it you will be kinda tired you should eat something that does not contain (bread/rice)if it does contain these stuff you might as well eat alittle or fully avoid it for your diet to go well and don’t eat much food
3.for dinner you might have to eat salad 🥗 or banana or anything that’s healthy and I recommend walking where it is the best way of losing weight and after walking do not eat anything you can gain more weight.good luck!

첫날에는 계란 두 개, 샐러드 한 그릇, 물 8잔을 마셨고 운동을 하지 않았습니다.
둘째 날 아침은 계란과 옥수수, 점심은 샐러드로 6분 운동을 했다.
라면만 먹고 6분 운동을 했어요
4일차 치킨 너겟과 샐러드 한 그릇을 먹고 6분간 놀았다
다섯째 날 나는 치킨, 샐러드, 스포츠를 먹었다.
여섯째, 일곱째, 여덟째 날 계란으로 단식을 끝내고 야채를 먹었다 샐러드를 먹고 운동을 했다
9일과 10일은 치킨 한조각 먹고 밥 세숟가락 먹고
4킬로 빼고 가끔 아이스크림도 먹고 그 형태도 가끔 먹고 4킬로 빼고 운동도 시간이 없어서 안했는데 앞으로 열흘만 더 하고 그만둘게

i just want to say that this is a quick remedy but if you are aiming for long term weight loss, there is no shortcut. You have to eat to suffice your body’s needed food intake/nutrients, alongside that, i know that it’s a pain thinking of working out, but you just have to do it and eventually replace those fats with muscle. I was obese and looked for quick ways to lost weight, didn’t work. But when I just took my time, I eventually enjoyed my weight loss journey and now im at average weight and feel a lot better.
I'm trying it out. I'll start tomorrow on the 26th may.

@@unstablehuman155 Hola, tal vez yo no sé mucho del tema y no son ninguna experta, pero recuerda que el kimchi son verduras, verduras ligeras acompañadas de condimentos (es más como un repollo o una lechuga) el sabor del kimchi puede ser picante, salada, con poco sazón, etc
Lo que yo te recomiendo es que lo remplazes con una ensalada o con verduras que no den tantas calorías, puedes comprar verduras congeladas o compra verduras normales y cortarlas, ya de ti depende que salsas o aderezos le quieras poner, yo te recomiendo que no le pongas tanto, porque es mejor comer las verduras sin nada, así al natural, pero como se que eso puede no llegar a saber delicioso o bueno, le puedes poner un *POCO* de esas salsas, para que no te sepa tan insípido.

@@АняПопова-в6ж Привет! Нет, ничего такого. Я слежу за своим питанием последние 4 месяца, так что, проблем нет. Из советов: пей больше воды и занимайся спортом каждый день, мне помогает и худеть, и не толстеть :)
