    Life saviour, make no mistake whatever your age is you can do it. I always look forward to these videos. It makes my day. Work the body, great for the mind. Self confidence boost, you think you haven't achieved nothing.... You are wrong, by completing the exercises routine you have completed a task, the one that set you up to have a good day.

    I will give a 30 day update
    Day 1: not bad finished all way through. Felt it a lot in my inner thighs.
    Day2: feeling that burn hit more. I did this once per rep

    Hi im 11 about to turn 12 and i have been triyng gor like 3 months now to train my legs but even whit all of yhis workouts videos i have seen no progrees does somebody have got some sugestions? cuz I would really apreciate it thx!

      Stand on the edge of a stair step or step up block etc on the balls of your feet .... keep your feet shoulder width apart .... then lower your heels as low as you can keeping your legs and body dead straight .... then slowly raise your legs upwards until your standing on your toes and hold for a count of 10 .... then repeat as many times as you can until you feel your muscles burning in agony .... do this two or three times a day for a week and then see the muscles in your legs. 😮😮
