day 1: ✅ felt easy and not hard day 2: ❌legs felt so bruised so i skipped day 3 : ✅ my legs is getting quite better than before day 4 : ✅ my was sooooo brusied but manged it day 5 : ✅ left less pain but the progress 😍 day 6 : ❌ rest day day 7 : ❌ bruised soo baad day 8 : ✅ my whole body changed ngl, my 🍑 got big, and my thighs became better. my sister noticed it to!! day 9: ✅ workout got easier but pain got worser day 10:❌ break AND DAMM GUYS IM TELLING U NOW. MY THIGHS IS EATING LIKE ITS GETING TIGHT WITH SHORTS. day 11: ❌ still felt bruised day 12✅ the pain just kept going worser and i only did 4 of the workouts BUT MY THIGHS IS SO GOOD AHHHHH day 13:❌ really really bruised day 14:❌ felt lazy day 15: ❌ busy and had no time day 16 ✅ OKAY day 17 : ? only did one workout.. BUT WHEN I TELL U. ITS LIKE A GOOD QUAD day 18:✅ MY THIGHS R A GOOD THICKNESS OF IT. Hey, you’re doing great so far! Tip I saw from another guy : carry heavy weights and do the exercise once or twice, then rest for 5 days, and do it again (ima do it every 1 day, so Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)

Hey What really works is going to the gym and do squat, sumo deadlift, leg press, leg extension, hamstring curl, hip abbuction & adduction. do some warmup and then load up weight so that you can do about 7-10 good repetitions until your strength physically gives out, rest for a few minutes and then repat for a total of 3-4 times then the next day your legs will hurt and you need to rest and eat protein so the muscles get a chance to grow. lets say that 3-4 days of rest is good and then you go back to the gym and do the same. Also a youtube channel renaissance periodization has a lot of great information about working out and videos of leg / glute specific workouts. The guy got dirty humor but he knows what hes talking about. Good luck!
