Nice one mate, very useful 👍 I'm missing about a pound of muscle mass in my right leg due to a op I had 8 years ago,so I have to have a long break at 4 minutes, will this interfere with the results? I'm doing all the way now, right in time, no rest, I also do a calf workout straight after, in with this, just over 4 weeks it took me to get here, thanks man, really got my legs going in a capable way.👍

Здравствуйте, смотрю уже третью вашу тренировку, спасибо понравилось, понравилось то что обозначены мышцы которые работают в момент тренировки, хотелось бы увидеть тренировку на мышцы спины, в частности позвоночника.
@@dimkov Да была у врача, сказал тренеруйте спину. Вобще у меня лет 25 назад была травма позвоночника, за все годы я только дважды обращалась к врачу, занимаюсь по Бубновскому, но не все упражнения есть возможность делать в домашних условиях. Поэтому и написала, возможно я что-то подберу удобное для себя. Мне почему-то кажется что того что я делаю мало, может мне действительно просто это кажется. Женщины, они же странные создания ☺
@@ОлесяКочеткова-д6у классный врач! :) вам нужен такой врач, который скажет какие упражнения вам можно, а какие нельзя. их и делайте всю жизнь, как зубы чистить. вы же не придумываете новые упражнения для чистки зубов, вот и тут также :)
@@dimkov Врач от бога, я к нему не хожу больше, да и пошла то только ради направления на рентген, после не удачного падения. Я ж говорю, женщина, вечно что-то ей не так ☺( я про себя) . А так занимаясь по методике Бубновского, я конечно избавилась от болей и дискомфорта. Спасибо вам за ответы.

I am 56 years old and I'm only 5 foot 9 inches tall. I am 300 lbs of pure blubber. And I hate it. I had my heart surgery some time ago because my cholesterol was so high and my health has been bad ever since. I'm trying to recover but I am so heavy it's not easy. I have a ruling of disability for a bad foot and I collect Social Security Disability which is how I support myself. I wish I lived in a very warm climate than I would lose weight everyday. But I live here in Pennsylvania so it's not easy. I am 125 lbs overweight because I'm only 5ft 9in tall. What can I do to change myself into a normal person, please help me.
Try getting finding cardio exercise equipment or go to a gym, find a personal trainer (or a workout plan) try a healthy diet and have a workout routine.
I have prolly rhe skinnest legs out of all these comments, if these can get my legs bigger, i will come back to tell u the results, looks like good workouts tho.

You train (really) hard your legs 2 or 3 times a week during years with or without adding weights. It's simple like that.
