- Welcome to Mari's Cooking! In this video, join me as I guide you through the step-by-step process of creating Puerto Rican shrimp ceviche!
In this ceviche recipe, we'll be using shrimp, marinated in a zesty blend of citrus juices, onions, peppers, and cilantro. The acidity of the citrus juices gently "cooks" the shrimp, resulting in a flavorful and tangy seafood delight. The combination of fresh ingredients and a medley of spices creates a perfect balance of flavors.
