Shrimp Crab Ceviche Ingredients
2.5 bag Cooked Frozen Shrimp
12 oz Imitation Crab
2 cups freshly squeezed Limes
2 cups Cilantro chopped
6 chopped Tomato
4 Cucumber
1 Red Onions
Tostada Shells
Salt to taste

It sure the size but was the largest foil tray and it should feed 20 easily depending how you serve it 🥰

❤️ PARTY SIZE PAN OF QUICK AND EASY
"SHRIMP AND IMITATION CRAB CEVICHE.
INGREDIENTS:
*1 LARGE BAG - TAIL ON COOKED SHRIMP.
*IMITATION CRAB, shredded ... 2.5lb = 40oz.
I may use a little less, & Chop into bite sizes
*LIMES ..... Approx 2c or see vid illustration.
*CILANTRO .... 2c.
*ROMA TOMATOES ..... 6.
*CUCUMBERS .... 4.
*RED ONION .... 1.
*TOSTADA SHELLS .... 1+ PAK.
*AVOCADOS .... PER YOUR COUNT
*SALT AND BLK PEPPER PER YOUR TASTE.
optional TIPS:
1. don't like the raw onion taste? then pour boiling water over your chopped onions - let stand 1 min - drain'em, pat'em dry, use'em.
2. I also would add / and mix in 2 TABLESPOONS OF EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL IN MY FINISHED DISH.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. CUT SHRIMPS INTO BITE SIZES - see video illustration, MARINADE w/FRESH SQUEEZED LIME JUICE - see video illustration - STIR - AND PLACE BOWL IN FRIDGE FOR 1 HOUR, COVER BOWL
w/CLEAR WRAP OR FOIL.
NEXT:
2. IN A BIG PAN PREPARE THE CRAB MEAT BY SHREDDING IT..... see video illustration.
I may use a little less, & Chop it In2 bite sizes
NEXT:
3. PREPARE EACH VEGGIE BY CHOPPING THEM AND ADD EACH INGREDIENT TO THE PAN.
FINALLY:
4. ADD THE MARINADED REFRIGERATED SHRIMP TO THE PAN AND IT'S JUICES - SOME SALT AND BLACK PEPPER PER YOUR TASTE. STIR - TASTE - ADJUST SEASONINGS - SATISFIED w/TASTE?
THEN SERVE ON TOSTADA SHELLS - THROW SOME AVOCADO CHUNKS ON IT - AND SPRINKLE OVER A LITTLE TAPATIO HOT SAUCE OR YOUR FAVORITE SAUCE. Enjoy!

Very nice lil seafood salad Only missing some flavor & spice like some fresh chili’s cut up get that flavor. Not really a ceviche though
The fish or Shrimp is always best when & has to be “ RAW” which is the whole point of ceviche which is to cook with lime/lemon juice so not sure what you call already cooked shrimp to lemon & lime juice.
I could only imagine how bomb this would be a if it was real raw shrimp & fresh raw crab meat cooked in citrus juices which brings out a unique texture and flavor which is Ceviche.

This recipe is called for cooked . You can not mix raw shrimp and cooked imitation crab meat😂 As you have seen my piscado ceviche it’s raw fish cooked in lemon juices 😋 no need to image raw ceviche there’s a lot of great RUclipss that have that recipe you are imagining.
