I just made a shrimp cocktail last week. If you go to my fb or IG page, pics are there. But ai have a question. Plzzz. Tomorrow I am making Birria..we don't have New Mexico chilis. I do have guajillo, arbol, ancho and that is about it. What can I substitute for the NM chilis and how many? My bf said that it seems like alot of chilis. En total it is 37 or so. Is that the correct amount? And 17 garlic cloves? I really want to get this right. Have everything set except have to buy ginger or may omit it. And no peppercorn but ground pepper in place. Ty!!!!!

We make it the same way except the celery but I think that is a good addition to it and we put a little orange soda in the sauce when mixing it
