Welcome back to my kitchen today I’m going to share with you how to make the best ceviche ever! let me tell you that this is by far the best ceviche I have ever tasted, I’m extremely picky with my shrimp so the way I make it is perfect, so I hope you enjoy it as much as me and my family! Pots I use in my videos- calphalon
Blenders I use at the moment, Vitamix a3500 and Ninja BL770

Ingredients:
2 lbs large raw shrimp
3/4 cup clamato (clam juice)
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp jugo Maggie
4 limes
4 lemons
2 cucumbers
3 Roma tomatoes
1/2 purple onion
1 bunch cilantro
2 chiles of your choice
Avocados
Garlic salt
Black pepper
Tapatío or Valentina
Tostadas
1 serving of love 💕

If anyone’s wondering why she rubs the cucumber like that, is because they have a bitter taste. Rubbing the sliced end against it, releases the white foam that causes the bitterness. Love from Phoenix 🤗🤗💙

Made this a few days ago and it was delicious. I did fry corn tortillas to make tostadas. Even after in the fridge a couple days has a great flavor.

Omg no lie I did exactly how she said with all the seasonings I never used garlic salt or jugo Maggie. It was so amazingly GOOD!!!!!!!! I’ve been following her videos and making her food and my food has been coming out so good.

Friendly tip that no one asked but worth to know. I mix clam juice(find it in the can tuna isle) and tomato juice. (House made clamato without the food coloring and msg. 😃

Your step by step explanations make us feel more comfortable with trying to replicate your recipe flavor profiles. I’m familiar with the recipe but with a more TX-Mex group of flavor profiles.
