The shrimp wasn’t totally raw because the hot water she soaked it in cooked it a tad. Also the citrus cooks it a bit too. The avocado really set it off. It was so good we had to make it twice.
I loveeeeee ceviche. I’m half Jamaican and I want to go to Belize one day.
