    Shaan, you're such a lifesaver. I started watching your channel in July and just getting better and better since then. I used to have thick derealization and thought my brain was fried. Nowdays my DR is at like 30% to none then what it used to be. I still struggle though and slip into setbacks now and then but after every setback I just feel better and more accomplished. Feels like I'm starting to stuggle more with life than I do with anxiety, lol. I've been getting more motivated to try new things through your advice. Back in July all I could bare was working an 8hr shift then sleeping. Now, I also go to the gym 4 times a week while also doing a math course to get into my favourite university. Don't forget hanging out with friends on top of that. Anxiety and DR really made me disconnect myself from the world. Your advice is lifesaving and I cannot believe none of my therapists or doctors told me this before. I'll make sure to update later on how I'm doing.

      Great work! Keep it up! Im also surprised how some medical professionals treat certain things and not only mental health but for ex nearsightedness can be reversed but they tell you nope it is permanent or wear glasses all your life.

    The worst is anticipating when you'll feel the physical symptoms coming on. My issue is combined with the medication I'm trying to withdraw from. Shaan, I needed to hear about the approach change. Thank you for caring. Our doctors just don't understand anxiety or care to help. Again, thank you for the instruction.

    Great videos shaan! There’s a huge gut brain connection and could be a huge factor why so many people struggle with anxiety. I started eating clean and taking probiotics couple weeks ago and got definite improvement, first time in a long time I was able to go out and really challenge my anxiety and it worked. I believe a lot of people would have more confidence and an easier time overcoming their triggers if they first focus on getting their gut bacteria back to a balanced state. It was only since I focused on repairing my gut is when I was able to naturally gain the confidence to use your AWARE method and start overcoming my triggers. I know it’s not a miracle pill but it naturally helps with being focused and confident to overcome anxiety.

    Shaan though you don't have mentorship in India but your RUclips videos reach the world as a boon for those who have been struggling with anxiety. Thanks to you and wish you all success in life. I too wish to contribute to your cause once am out of this. One more inspiration for me is Tyson Fury who also recovered from this.
    Cheers to life.

    Shaan do you think new generation make mental health more common is the reason in the 1980 it wasn’t common cause kids were always out now people are weak

    • @crystal_vvave9045
      @crystal_vvave9045 2 года назад +1

      Different times, différent pace of life now it is more stressful, people spend less time outside and do less physical work that obviously impacts mood, now we have internet where it is easy to share smth so we see more talks on mental health also there are studies that show that aimlessly spending alot of time online in social media often leads to depression. People on instagram showing the better side of their life, some show off, so the majority thinks they are lacking somethimg or not good enough if they dont have that life they see on photos so they can develop some tension which can lead to anxiety. They are chasing external things to look better in the eyes of others while being empty inside, it is all tension. And in general now life is more high paced. And this instant gratification to get everything fast to always be entertained and have fun everything should be as comfortable as possible. This creates tension and tolerance of stress is lower. Also life is less predictable now, life is changing fast people dont know what to expect (tension again) before people usually could predict where they are heading to and what to expect in years. Now people dont have plans yet for next week. Also some peopl dont have a goal in lifror dont know what to do witg it bexause it seems to them that they can have everything already instantly so they don't know where to put their energy they have a lack of lack. So there are many factors to that. There are even more factors plus some nuances and it is great that we have someone like Shaan to help us overcome this mental issue and then have a better life despite what life is like right now. And again we shouldnt blame outside world or times because thankfully there is a way to improve.
