Javier is playing Frankinstien monster not the wolfman
Michael Santos You've been pinned, m'man.
Michael Santos Also, rumors of the Rock.playing the wolf man. And, Michael Fassbender as Dracula
"What's the most you ever lost on a coin toss?"
Uuuuuuuuuuuh! Coin......toss!!!
its FrankenstEIn. not FrankenstIEn.
Not in this universe. (It's the same universe where we read the Berenstein Bears and saw Shazaam starring Sinbad!)
stop putting Other Joe through horrible movies. he's dying inside, but he's hiding it with his smiles.
MasterJunior93 this has to be top comment...
So true. 😂
#OtherJoeMatters
The Mummy (1999) and The Mummy Returns (2001) are far better films, Fraser and Weisz had real chemistry and John Hannah is always brilliant.
The first two were the perfect combo of romance, adventure, and fun. The actors were perfect for their roles, and the story was good. Now that third movie tho....Mehhhh lol
CG is terribly dated in both movies (video game quality at times in Mummy Returns), but overall far better characters and far more entertaining.
Bullshit. Second, yes. Jesus that scorpion is like PS2 era XD. But first one? Rewatch it. I did couple o days ago. A lot of scenes are kept symbolic, sand coming out of door lock, killing someone shown ony by shadows, finding already dead characters or similar. There are many props, all the non-moving mummies are. And the first scene when mummy is talking and it's revealed to the viewer is all kept in shadow and with dim lights and it all make it look good. there is this weird effect that make it look like pasted onto the image but I honestly was wondering at times if that is practical effect greenscreened or is it pure CGI.
It's good, well thought cgi. The worst effect is this smoke-liquid ghost and that only makes you guess more if that is cgi arent all the other effect real?
Please don't forget about the Karloff mummy. That was pure gold.
Mark Owen and Mummy Returns was garbage
"It looks to me like i've got all the horses!
"Hey benny! Looks to me like you're on the wrong side of the river!"
undertakernumberone1 classic 😂😂
LOL! That line was priceless! 😆😆
i love that movie
undertakernumberone1 this is one of my favorite quotes
Wrong. Side. Of the riivvveerrrr!
Keanu Reeves should play Dracula, he doesn't age anyway.
Final verdict: a campy 8 out of 10 with a badass seal of appproval.
for The Mummy (1999)
MioRaem yup it was good then the second one was like a 6 or 7 and the 3rd was like a 4
MioRaem man you are still around I remember when you published the icarus chanted version! Deus ex HR is one of my favorite games of all times!!! Thanks MioRaem you are awesome!
Yeah, because badasses love romantic comedy...which is what the 1990's Mummy was.
Loved the first mummy
Speaking of Egypt, anyone remember Stargate SG1? If they wanna revive something, revive that!
Tenchi212 fuck yeah stargaze is the shit
Tenchi212
Stargate was awesome. I'd hope it was in good hands though.
Tenchi212 I would say YES, but im afraid someone would ruin it.
So, a bad movie, followed by a really good TV show? I'm in.
ZaleraArkanus666
Yeah i don't know if anyone could recreate it without Michael Shanks, Amanda Tapping, Richard Dean Anderson and Christopher Judge.
Daniels: This here's OUR statue friend...
O'Connel: I don't see your name written on it... pal.
"He will never eat, he will never sleep, and he will never stop"
Cyborgs don't feel pain. I do!
"I told you I got him"
"How can that man just get up after you just..."
"He's a man, Not a God!"
Death is only the beginning
There should be a graph how shitty a movie is to how many times it's advertised on RUclips.
The Grease Grizzly This movie was advertised so much but sucked, just like Unfriended.
ji9mpopin you just say Logan was shitty?
I really enjoyed the first two Mummy movies with Brendan Fraser.
I too am a fan of these movies.
@@tracyallen9170 So am I. All three of those movies are better than this movie.
I guess you could say that the Mummy (2017) was already *_dead_* ON ARRIVAL! *badum tssss
ok...i'll see myself out now...
The Brendon Fraser Indiana Jones esc period piece was a far better film.
The first Mummy (Bendon Fraser) with that sexy ass librarian co lead is one of my fav films of all time. No joke. Great action flick.
The first film actually came out in the 30s
Enzo Matrix yep that actress was well tasty, totally cream pie material.
Keelan Barron That was maybe the second or third one. Plus I think he did another similar movie around the same time.
That one while being the 3rd in that trilogy was really a stand alone as no one from the other films were in it.
The Mummy > The Mummy
The Mummy > The Mummy > The Mummy
FTFY
Fuck you, The Mummy is amazing and the best one. The Mummy and The Mummy are no where near as good.
oh fuck off, you haven't seen enough movies if you have such a stupid opinion, you leftist Trump lover. The Mummy was the best and everyone knows it.
But that one scene in The Mummy was just so damn cool! You know the one. It was where they did that Thing, not with The Thing, which is better than that other Thing or The Thing from that TV series, or Swamp Thing. But they did that thing and it was so awesome.
benukysz Leftists are Anti Trump fucktard. Trump is a god among men
Writers: "We have a bunch of action scenes. let's just string them together and figure out the plot later".
IMOOOOOTEP IMOOOOOTEP IMOOOOOTEP IMOOOOOTEP IMOOOOOOOTEP
IMOTEP IMOTEP IMOTEP. IMOTEP. IMOTEP IMOTEP.
IMOOOTEP IMOOOTEP IMMMOOOTEP
Disney/Marvel acquires the rights... The Spider-Mummy, Invincible Frankenman, Invisible Shrinking Ant-Man, Panther from the Black Lagoon, Hairy Hulk (Wolf Man) and Captain Dracula.
Saw a quote about this film on BBC that I Found really funny:'This film deserves to be shut inside a pyramid for several millennia'
lmao
But then following the logic of these films, the movie would eventually resurrect itself back to life with unimaginably greater strength and threaten to take over the Earth.
Mark Cobuzzi haha that's so true.
I'd much rather have seen Dracula Untold kickstart the "Dark Universe". Also, I hate that everyone is trying to get a universe, whatever happened to just calling it a franchise?
XSPhen0m the MCU happend
Oh a franchise only has a main or two main characters facing events they need to solve. A universe involves a lot of main characters and not all of them are involved with each other and not all of them solve all the problems. A Franchise is 007. A universe is Iron Man, Thor, Guardians of the Galaxy, Captain America and including the series.
Wasent is suppose to but then it didnt perform well at the box office?
Honestly, the problem with Hollywood (and pretty much every major publisher in the entertainment industry, both in movies and gaming) is that they just don't learn from their mistakes. That, or they learn all the wrong things.
What is with all this "Universe" shit these days. What happened to good quality, singular narrative, standalone films?
Because it making money.
I agree Casinbound. I miss the simple, stand alone film. Everything now has to have a sequel, spin off, or universe -_-
The MCU. Plus everyone want to see how all the main characters will react once they all come together. I'm still waiting for the action heroes Universe. John McClane meets Rambo meets Terminator meets Indiana Jones meets James Bond etc etc... And no The Expandable doesn't count. They are not the same characters.
If Brendan Frazer is not in it...I'm not interested.
Soldier 76 You could say you got him in your sights lol 😂
YouEsLoco stop
Gus Davis hammer time
Gus Davis Hammer time
I was thinking if Rachel Weiss isn't in it, I'm not interested.
Tom Cruise probably believes that The Mummy is based on a true story.
Gareth Dowling praise zenue
Gareth Dowling lmao I never even considered that connection to his belief in scientology and the mythos of the Mummy. That's fuckin funny.
In the 2017 film : THE MUMMY, Tom Cruise plays Nick Morton - - a character that is shallow, self-absorbed, self-seeking, unethical, and vain. In other words Tom Cruise plays himself ;-)
A Scientology movie..
Eternal life with a hot Goddess ... what man would refuse? .... Tom Cruise :/
EliteForce1uk god damn it tom cruise
Lol she's too controlling. Hot goddess, eternal life, controlling your eternal life, no thanks. I've been there with a mortal, but a goddess for eternity? Damn. I'm getting nightmares thinking about it.
pfff... the goddess love set much more than tom... tom is just her xtoy slave.
This movie was dead on arrival with Alex Kurtzman directing and Tom Cruise starring. Kurtzman has no interest in telling a meaningful story but to show spectacle and try to distract you with big action set pieces. He killed Transformers with Revenge of the Fallen, and Garfield's Amazing Spider-Man 2. Universal sounds like they were making this up as they go along because they know they can't rely on Fast and the Furious or Jurassic World forever. If this Dark Universe is really happening get a better director Kurtzman is just not gonna cut it. The thing this movie is severely lacking is fun. You can trash the Brendan Fraser films but for what they are, they were fun campy movies and I'd rather throw those on again.
With this movie being bad, I doubt that the Dark Universe will ever happen.
Jonathan Spindler
Have u seen the movie? It wasn't that bad
I work in a cinema. I know that it is bad
+LukeDaFluke23 it was pretty bad...
jojockful007 Revenge of the Fallen was good wtf
I miss branden fraiser playing in the mummy
I honestly just miss Brendan Fraser. Haven't seen that guy in ages.
there was a video on you tube about why Hellywood wont hire brendan fraser anymore
Marshall Thompson He had interview 3 months ago, man is he looking and talking like so depressing. His charisma is forever lost, and I feel so bad about him, would love if he could make a great comeback
He was awesome on scrubs. Really earned my respect there.
He is a horrible actor imo
I was in Theatres watching the Mummy back in May 1999, I was 12.
Enthusiastic Gamer so
This universe was meant to start with Dracula Untold in 2014, which I actually enjoyed despite many mediocre/bad aspects. That's why that movie ended in modern times with the elder vampire saying, "Let the games begin." However, I think Universal pulled the movie from its universe after it flopped at the box office. Taking Dracula, one of the most iconic monsters of all time, out of a monster universe is stupid in my opinion, even more so now because that movie at least got higher ratings than this movie did.
dcanemone43 kinda sad. But they'll probably bring Dracula again, rumors say Fassbender will play the role.
Say what you will about the Brendan Fraser Mummy movies, but one thing they had that this new one is SORELY lacking is FUN! The BF Mummy was a popcorn adventure film in the vein of Indiana Jones or Lawrence of Arabia. It was dumb and hokey but it was FUN! This movie was NOT fun.
wiseguy100 I said it was an adventure film. Lawrence is the prototype for pretty much every adventure film that came after it
The first few ones yes, the later ones were complete garbage because they went over the board with the "fun". The first one had a good pacing of everything.
i loved them as a kid
I still love them. There hilarious! ;)
The King in the North
You are right. Very good idea.
Well on the bright side, this film will make more people appreciate the Brendan Fraser Mummy franchise which I personally believe is up there with the Indiana Jones films(in terms of how entertaining they were). The Mummy and The Mummy Returns are honestly fantastic campy adventure horror films and they knew what they were unlike this film.
Grey Scott fuk that actor. I never liked that guy since i was just a kid
Grey Scott the older mummy movies were boring and cheesy, I like the dark tone of this movie it was badass
Grey Scott - yeah, The first two Mummy movies (maybe minus the kid in part 2 ^^) were great fun adventure movies with FUN! Movies nowadays seem to lack that fun-factor...everything needs to be dark or is considered kiddy-marvel-stuff ...a pity
Delighted to see that Brendan Fraser is coming back into big budget films again!
Anyone else catch the like 2 second reference to the Fraser franchise with the book of the dead?
Brenden Fraser mummy movies where the best
"Whatever is in there, those chains aren't for bringing it up. They are for holding it down."
Shoots a chain. The chains bring it up.
When I wanna watch The Mummy, I go for Rachel and Brendan and not some shitty double pupil movie...
Final Verdict = It's Mission Impossible with Mummies with a Shitty love story and a hot villain and stuff blows up with sand in my socks. The end.
LMAO The entire foundation of The Mummy is a love story. That's literally what it's based around.
Jim Bobberson Yeah, but not THIS kind of love story.
Linus Stormcrowe 😁😁😁😁😁😁
Linus Stormcrowe That sounds fun haha I'm in
Linus Stormcrowe just saved me money ty
7:07 "I wanna kiss her!" What are you, 12? Seriously! Wow! :D
Dracula untold (that universal are quietly trying to make everyone forget was the actual first film) was way better than this bullshit.
Is it even worth regarding Tom Cruise as an "actor" anymore? Years ago he was putting in good performances, but nowadays he just plays Ethan Hunt in absolutely everything.
They might as well have called this film: Mummy Impossible: Rogue Bandage.
britbloc123 I think the issue is directors are not really directing him anymore so he is just doing what he is comfortable with. He has great work ethic any actor will tell you that, but he needs actual direction. Other wise all he can really do well is mission Impossible movies. Similar thing with Johnny Depp but without the work ethic
I didn't feel like he was Ethan Hunt in this one. I felt like he was something much worse. A 50+ year old man acting like he was a 21 year old hot shot. It was embarrassing. Then Russell Crowe had the line, "You're a much younger man than I am"...wait what?
britbloc123 pure gold 😂
Tom Cruise has never done anything good.
DREDD fan Have you ever watched tropic thunder. he is legendary in that movie
I sometimes cover myself in toilet paper and pretend im a mummy
The Witness 🏩
funny and original
I sometimes roll around in my neighbors garden and pretend i'm a carrot
I sometimes fill my bath with spaghetti and tomato sauce and pretend im a meatball
The Witness true story : I had a jerk school mate and after he was being a particular jerk I threw him in the restroom and with the help of two other friends I covered him in toilette paper because he was being such a piece of shit.
Later on I found out he hit a girl with a fist...got himself beaten by her boyfriend . So yeah he deserved everything coming to him
Brendan Fraser Mummy will alway be better!
I think Brandon Fraser did it better!!
Universal should of had Channing Tatum in The Mummy 2017 instead of Tom Snooze, because that asshole shorten Sofia Boutella's part just to beef up his and feed his own ego like the selfish piece of shit that he is. Universal needs to severe ties with Cruise and have Channing Tatum take over as Nick Morton and they got 20 months to get it right with Bride Of Frankenstein by not letting a control freak change the script like that idiot Cruise did.
I feel Tom Cruise was a poor choice of casting. They should've casted someone else.
@tracy allen I agree with you and I think that they should of had Channing Tatum as Nick Morton instead of snaggletooth. Because I believe that with Channing Tatum and Annabelle Wallis there would have been great chemistry as well as magic and fireworks, plus Channing Tatum wouldn't have done what Tom Cruise did by shortening Sofia Boutella's role and I am not surprised that he did something like that, because R. Lee Ermey even said that Cruise is infamous for that.
I can't believe that self-centered fool had to do this. He ruined the mummy character just to fill his ego.
@tracy allen he did it because he believes that the world and universe should revolve around him and yet it doesn't because he sucks.
I don't even need to watch Joe's reviews; the thumbnails say it all!!😂😂
LatinaFangirl u didn't need to watch it but u clicked on it anyway
LatinaFangirl lol :v
I was disappointed after watching this movie, I WANT MY MUMMY BACK!!!!
That's the problem with corporate movie reboots. Every time you bury a franchise back into the ground, it will always be RESURRECTED FROM ITS SARCOPHAGUS by humanity's greed at some point.
Dark Universe = a sad waste of money.
"Welcome to a new world" of disappointment and wasted potential. This movie had so much potential, but it was wasted for some reason. I wonder why?
The "no chemistry" thing explains the story that the actress who plays Jenny told on Conan. She said Tom pushed to remove their kissing scene that was in the script. On the day of shooting it, he apparently came to set saying that he was feeling it.
Just watch the Brendan Fraser version of the mummy
Captain Cokecan
Or the one with Boris Karloff
I would say that the main problem with this movie (and something that is happening a lot lately) is that this movie aim is to create a universe instead of being a good movie. The first should be a consequence of the second, not the other way around.
Thiago Leão I agree, they try too hard to bait sequels these days.
Thiago Leão that alot of movies these days and not even just to create a universe just more sequels
Thiago Leão so is the new fad in movies. shame.
Same problem Amazing Spiderman 2 and Batman v Superman had...Hollywood just doesnt understand
if it's based on a group of books written by the same Author then hell yeah it could work, Marvel and DC can pull off the whole "connected universe" stuff is because there's so much source material to pull from to make each movie good. The original Monster universe was kind of eeh because nobody really went to see those movies to watch them cross over. in my experience when someone reminiscence's about the old Universal pictures movies they usually just think Dracula, Frankenstein or the Wolf man. not the crossovers
15:10 There already was a Dracula; _Dracula: Untold_ was supposed to be the start of this whole "Dark Universe" thing.
So let me get this straight... Hollywood traded Brendan Fraser for Tom "I play the same character in almost every movie I'm in" Cruise? _Really_??
Needs more brendan fraiser...
He is way too ugly now
Scottish_Gamer No. He's the sexiest man the world's ever seen.
+Scottish_Gamer Fuck you. And don't let cr1tikal hear you.
i'm a straight guy, Brandan Frasier's looks never concerned me. I do love his acting in the Mummy Movies though.
where has that guy been anyway?
Where was Brendan when we needed him most. :/
I think this movie would have been better if it had been made as a comedic love-triangle, with Tom dealing with relationship issues with the blonde chick (maybe make her a bit of an ass or something) while the sociopathic and megalomaniac mummy also tries to get in his pants, and with Tom playing the guy caught in the dilemma of having to choose which one will make his life less hellish in the short/long term.
Watched this the other night, absolutely terrible, so boring, Cruise rarely puts a foot wrong, but he sure as shit did here, not his fault though. Shockingly bad direction and non existent script.
RIP Dark Universe (2017 - 2017)
You will not be missed
Flame of Udun it started in the 30s
The Keeper
No it didn't the dark universe is what Universal is calling the new joint reboot monster movies world and it started in 2017 with this movie
They intended to start with dracula untold, so (2014-2017)
Canal GXZ They will reboot it again after this bomb!
Who through this could even work!?
Could you imagine "MARVEL CINEMATIC UNIVERSE" popping up before the new Spiderman movie?
MemeStar I think Fox is playing ball w disney now. they see that it's a very mutual relationship.
Kevin Feige said Marvel will never make a deal for the x-men or Fantastic 4.
TheDeadlysyns I was speaking for spiderman specifically
That is Sony not Fox.
i'd be more like if "MARVEL CINEMATIC UNIVERSE" popped up before the first Iron Man. Marvel at this point you can say has earned it somewhat. Imagine if before we knew they could make a half decent movie they had the arrogance to just plaster MCU everywhere
Dracula Untold was supposed to be the 1st of the Monster Universe in 2014 until it was commercially received negatively, and they scrapped it for this even worse attempt at rebooting their already failed universe.
It feels as though the A films these days are B movies on an A movie budget.
Mummys are Zombies with toilet paper on them
DEEDP00L oh my good gracious lawdy you are right :O
Loek Gerrits lol its a joke dumb ass
It's fucking 2017, why do movies still suck?
because theyre too busy trying to reboot everything instead of making original content
I don't know, I've never made a movie bad or good but if i do i'll let you know
lower standards I guess
Your movie will be '2017 worthy'! ;) Let's go!!! It will break new grounds!
Because greed replaced ambition.
It felt like a cross between Mission Impossible and the Cornetto trilogy.
So Prodigium is something like the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen?
Jack Reacher: The Mummy
Testy Mctest Jack Reacher Curse of the mummy bitch
Mission Impossible The pheroh rises.
STOP WITH THE FUCKING REBOOTS!
Alcatraz I KNOW RIGHT!
I mean whats next on their greedy little minds a reboot of Nosferatu...Oh dear mother of god i said too much.
Alcatraz *transformers theme plays as Michael bay laughs*
NOOO MICHAEL STAP IT!
*inception horns
Oh, Alex Kurtzman. That's all I needed to know.
If I was cruise I would of been a god with her
Robert Stoddart who wouldn't
Any breeder basic-bro who falls in love based on looks without caring about anything else would agree with you
I just want to know the final verdict
13:00
What is the point in seeing a number without knowing the context of what made it??
Epoch You're a saint
@Requiem of Solace And that is why number scores are pointless.
When they give suicide squad a higher score than wonder woman, what's the point in the numbers at all?
It was ass you're welcome
Lmao
You're ass
yo yosh the only bad thing about the movie is the love story. Im just bitter i guess
It's because of Tom Cruise that this movie came up....
SHORT!!!
pff
dylan gross 😃😃
If you're interested in a series with old school horror characters coming together within one universe (such as Dorian Grey, Dr Frankenstein, The Wolfman, Dracula etc) watch Penny Dreadful. Warning: Contains dark themes.
Guy's it could've been worse, could've been................Shia Labeouf! Ewwwwwwwwwwwww
OriginalGamerOnline oh FUCK
OriginalGamerOnline he can act young and douchey better than Tom Cruise, then again it wouldn't really be acting lol
OR MARKY MARK WAHLBERG
I like Shia Labeouf. Great actor.
I especially liked him in Fury. Great film.
tanakattack I see you don't like america
So Darude shows up a bunch?
Imperial Sect Heh. XD
Sandstorm?
Did anyone notice annabelle wallis accent in this? She doesn't know if it's English or American! All over the place.
Who wants to join my drinking game? Every time Joe says "spectacle". :)
There's something about Egyptian movies being terrible like Xmen apocalypse, gods of Egypt and now the Mummy
Dosun* Sweet To be fair, x-men apocalypse is a masterpiece compared to Gods of Egypt
Dosun* Sweet white man don't know Egypt.
Dosun* Sweet I enjoyed Exodus, another Egypt film. I might be the only one
Because of the misrepresentation of Egypt
correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't the older mummy with Brendan Frasier also in Egypt tho? doesn't that kinda ruin your logic here?
It would be better seeing the universal monster franchise as straight horror. Not action or adventure or a comedy. These are the original horror movies and it feels like with this movie it's just been disrespected
Diego Weber that's an incredibly good point. These were THE original horror films and they turned them into shit money making ploys.
Ah, but who would get scared by most of the monsters? Very few have real horror potential. I Cannot see, a version of Frankstein that's even creepy. Ironically the Mummy is one of the only ones, that could still work as a horror series.
Diego Weber Yes, I felt like Tom Cruises character should have gave in to the mummy, that would have been a better ending for a horror movie and what universal is trying to do. To have them destroy London and a sad part where have to stop and destroy him and the mummy. I believe that would have been a better ending.
del's sound waas off :( a little quiet you were
The Mummy 2017:
The chick who plays the mummy screams,
Tom Cruise screams,
They both scream together-The End.
Shh, don't tell anyone this but I pirated this movie. Keep it under..._WRAPS_
i love you for that
PowahSlap Entertainmint Who pirates movies? I watch them online for free, saves me time of downloading for a shitty 360p recording anyways lol.
PowahSlap Entertainmint give this man a million dollars!!
Nuke true. have no one never heard of things like Kodi or Showbox
You Are dead inside If you Do that...
honestly Does no one remember League of Extraordinary Gentlemen?
DewTheDrew I loved that movie as well.
DewTheDrew i think it was the best non DC or Marvel connected Team movie that was underappreciated.
I thought LOEG was amazing, I don't understand why it flopped...wasn't that also the reason Sean Connery like stopped making movies???
yeah I remember it being shit
Actually Javier is set to play the Frankenstein Monster in The Bride of Frankenstein or so i heard.
That awkward moment when M. Night Shyamalan creates a shared movie universe better than how this movie set up the Dark Universe lmao
"Just because you were first at something does not meant you are good at it"
Sooooo like USA with internet?
If you're referring to the world wide web, this was invented by Tim Berners-Lee (England).
Unpronouncable this was a stretch
@Amcor09 I was referring to DarpaNet and current American issues with ISPs who carved up the market and do not compete.
Unpronouncable I guess I'm too ingnorant to get this comment.
More like whites in basketball
In our local newspaper it was one of the few movies ever to get a 1/5 stars
i can see Brendon Fraser looking at Tom n say "Now you wanna do it right?"
I instantly ejected the dvd and put it in its red box container after Tom Cruise kissed the life out of the mummy and yelled the woman back to life near the end.
The Brendan Fraser Easter egg was really seeet and it gives me hope, somehow time travel will bring him to the present
killerizza maybe he'll become a mummy?
What's the easter egg? I don't wanna waste money on this movie to find out.
Juan Ortiz same
not sure if killerizza is referring to a BF specific easter egg, but this movie tried to connect with BF mummy with the; sand face wall and also they showed the Book of AmunRa from the BF mummy franchise
7:06 "I wanna kiss her"
I wonder how Luna would feel about that
You think married couples/people in a relationship don't oogle and admire other men/women?
I loved Sofia Boutella as Ahmanet in this movie. As Cruise's character, I would have jumped on that! She is the only reason I went to this movie.
Same. I really enjoyed her in Kingsmen and Star Trek: Beyond. There was no way I was going to pass up on seeing her as a super hot and powerful mummy.
Too bad Van Helsing didn't become a "Dark Universe" series. I really like Hugh Jackman.
Seth Rios Van Nelsong is what this Dakr Unkvsrs movie wounld have been
Why wouldnt you have Brandan Fraser do a cameo where hes still his old character but helps Cruise out.
Age does that. But it would of been very neat to see Brandan handing it off to Cruise. And it comes with so much story.
Fraser is 48 and tom crusie is 54 so...
They could of had it a bit earlier. And I dont want to do spoilers but they could had it where... cruise looked a lot younger then he did. And they could of just made Brendan or Cruise look older/younger then the other with makeup.
There ways to write the story for it. Or maybe Brendan just makes a cameo in a picture or something and cruise is studying his work and thats how he finds about about all this mystical stuff.
I never thought The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen would get a prequel.
The only reason I liked this movie was because of the sexy mummy, but even then it's not to great
Baby Irene are you a lesbian?
Hey AngryJoe, I love your videos and reviews and personally think you have the best reviews for games and movies. Since you are also a comic book fan , I would really love if you would start making comic book reviews
this movie makes the original mummy look like a masterpiece
Elliott Koehler Original Mummy IS a masterpiece.
He means the Brendan Frasier one, not the original original one.
Idiot
Manuel Granados Vargas thats also a masterpiece
Elliott Koehler the original Boris Karloff film is a masterpiece.
The movie wasnt that bad, i see what there trying to do, but i feel The League of Extraordinary Gentleman was better.
Ebstract12 LoEG doesn't hold up all that well.
you forgot to mention how her parachute was opened while she was on the plane and it didn't get sucked by the engine, or how even after falling from sky all the passengers' bodies were intact.
Where did they find young Hodor?
Where is the Specter of Death in this review? You can't have the 4 Horseman without the Specter of Death in shades 😂
Waiting for that captain underpants review #Hypedforsomethingnotreal
I got The Mummy movie ad and thought it was the actual video.
Seth was the god of the desert, brother of Osiris who was inevitably murdered by his brother Seth. Eventually Horus the son of Osiris defeats Seth(his uncle), and banishes Seth back to to the wilderness. Osiris became the god of the afterlife etc.
Didn't Anubis rule over the dead before Osiris?
If I'm not wrong, Anubis is actually the "judge" of the dead and the god of the practices to prepare for the afterlife, while Osiris is the god of afterlife itself, but I'm a bit rusty on Egiptian myths
