I don’t understand why this video has gotten so much criticism. One of my favorite pre-workout yoga videos I’ve watched lately. I’ll def come back to your channel!
I did a pretty intense workout early in the mornong without stretching and boy did i feel the repurcussions after. Went two days not being able to workout because of that. Day 3 and im still tight and sore but this workout significantly loosened my muscles and gave me a good stretch. Saving this so i can do this everyday!
It’s been about a month since I’ve worked out or done yoga (normally I would do yoga and then a workout every morning) and this was definitely a bit more intense than I’m used too but this is what I have been lookin for, deeper stretches! I feel awesome right now
I love this so much. It was so relaxing, and the transitions between the poses allowed me to easily find the right form for each pose. I never had to doubt my form. And I feel very stretched out. This was a really good yoga flow.
This was significantly challenging (there were some poses I couldn’t really do properly) but definitely one of the best pre-workout stretches I’ve seen!

Thank you soooo much for this. I workout often but have been neglecting stretching and as a result I’ve lost a lot of my flexibility. I’ve also noticed a lot of tightness in my hamstrings and back. This was really intense but I will definitely be doing this at least twice a week. Thank you so much!

Decided to do this before my workout, I think I’ll be doing this every day now
Thank you. I have been looking for something to easy my way from slumber into exercise in the morning. Some warm up exercises, of the compound movement type, are just a little much "for me" upon waking up. With this flow, I can easy follow it with a dynamical warm up routine (~10 min in length), then move onto a full body routine with weights...and finish all of it within an hour or so of waking up.
