Welcome everyone, I'm going to take you through this short but very effective 10 minute yoga warm up class. This is ideal to do before your workout or in the morning as a way to prepare for your day. We focus on the entire body and by the end of it you'll feel your heart pumping and your muscles activated!
This is a great 10 minute yoga class for athletes or anyone who wants to start their day with a big burst of energy. We'll do some essential spinal movements and stretch our wrists and ankles before getting into some modified pushups, core work and hamstring stretches. Enjoy!

I’ve been the same Kassandra 10 minute yoga every morning for almost 3 months. Decided to try this. I added blocks for one of the poses. The blocks helped. I liked this.

Perfect way to start my day. I did a long power yoga class and some rather high intensity hooping yesterday so my body needed a bit of a warm up this morning.
I used this video for the first time today as a warm up for the day and because I will be golfing in a tournament in a couple hours. This was one of the best quick morning flows I have done. I love that you offered ways to get a deeper stretch for many areas. I will check out more of your videos in the future!

Love this one! I get back pain because of bad posture for years. When I stretch out my pelvis the pain goes away. Guess I must tilt my pelvis forward. This yoga always makes me feel better after heavy sleep! Thank you kassandra!

I havent done any yoga for 3 months (just not felt up to it,especially since Lesley passed and rushing off to work) but had time this morning and so glad I did it.It was a shock how tight my muscles and joints have become in a short time.We need to do at least 10 mins every day,to maintain supple and movement,so your practice is perfect.Thank you❤

This will be my new pre-work out routine.
I got such a nice buzz and feel warm enough to safely begin my workout program! The stretches felt thorough and the poses really boosts my strength confidence. I could never stick to cardio or weight lifting programs until I began to incorporate yoga. It accidentally happened, but now I work out to my max, knowing I have yoga to warm up and stretch out before and after. Yoga’s the honey that makes the medicine go down easier!

HOW ARE YOU GUYS SO FLEXIBLE
As opposed to the beginning, when I had some chaotic energy, by the end of this yoga session I felt like my energy was flowing through me in vibrating streaks of warmth.. I hope I can come back and do this every evening after work, since I just started working full time and it makes having energy in the evenings a little difficult. Thank you for helping me as I try to rediscover yoga ❤
