LOVE the lasagna noodle tip!! I usually make several pans of manicotti for Christmas Day. After trying everything to stuff them well, I just resorted to splitting them, loading them with filling and rolling them back together with the seam side down. Nobody knew, or obviously didn’t care if they did, but I like your method better! Allows for more cheese filling! Yum!

Kevmo, you did it again!! I love this method. Stuffing the tubes is the worst part, and yes, the absolutely break. I'm assuming you can cut the lasagna noodles in half to make a little smaller roll. 🤔 Definitely doing this next time. I hope you're feeling well & strong today!!

It’s called Rotolo done this way. Rotolo is much easier than Manicotti and every bit as delicious.

Moms used cottage cheese in place of ricotta and it actually worked well! She didn't tell me until I was older
