A million years ago in a land far, far away, we used to shred some extra sharp NY cheddar and mix it with Paul Newman's medium salsa. No cooking, no melting, just chilled cheese and chilled delicious salsa. So good. 😋👍
You need full flour tortillas for the quest fundido! Add a little acid with a squeeze of lime and hot sauce, roll it up in a tortilla and you have the most delicious, greasy, “FAT roll up!”
