    I've lost like 15 pounds since starting to watch your content. Just cooking more often at home and eating out less makes a huge difference. I don't even use many of your recipes. Maybe I'll take an idea or a skill you've shown and apply it to something else. Either way love you brother and yah we're all praying for you.

    Was a good lesson to show. Stay calm. move pan. Blow out. Salt. A lid over the fire would work as well. And yes if all else fails go for fire extinguisher

    Great info! Had a grease fire in my kitchen and unfortunately we lost our entire kitchen and items in living room. BE SAFE!

    So many nuggets of knowledge in just the span of a few minutes, learned a lot. Appreciate you explaining the mistakes. I've also found that simmering the wings before blasting them in either the oven or deep fryer helps a lot with crisping them up with the final cook. Thanks again for the recipes!

    Fire extinguisher made for the kitchen is a good idea to have handy. People want to start waving at fire instinctively but that just feeds the fire oxygen. Fire like that has to be smothered, covered. Like if it’s a fire in the oven, do not open the door. If it’s in a pan, put a lid on.

    You’re the first person I’ve seen cook the chicken wings before frying or roasting. It was always one of my little secrets into creating a fast and delicious dinner. Love your recipes! 💜

      I wanted to try this!! I did drumsticks by myself and tried to pan fry them but I could NOT get it to cook through fully, i was scared i did something wrong. Boiling a little first then crisping the outside sounds genius, I never knew you could do that
