Keeping my progress: (for 6 days) Day 1:✅ Feeling the burn in my stomach and back already. Day 2:✅Didn't struggle as much as the first time! Day 3:✅Had a break day yesterday, but my body is definitely getting used to it, doesn't hurt as much. Day 4:✅ Done:) I replaced the side planks with bicycle crunches, because the side planks can widen your waist. Day 5 and 6:✅Doesn't hurt at all, my body is used to it now:)
буду делать эту тренировку до конца лета, делать буду 2 раза в день. начальный вес: 54 кг (рост 165) •1 день: утром было сложно, особенно когда дело зашло планки, днем я поспала и вечером повторила было намного легче и приятнее ее делать. •2 день: уже легче, я нашла баланс тела, но под конец тренировки становится сложно, вечером не сделала, но заменила прогулкой на 10тыс шагов •3день: как будто легче, но болят руки и ноги, планка далась очень легко, вечером я сделала ту популярную тренировку на 35 мин которая скидывает 1 кг и после нее я вообще ничего не чувствовала, так что сделала на изич •4 день: сделала легко, чувствую легкость, и вообще я заметно похудела ( также тренировка на 35 мин дает о себе знать), сделала пока один раз, через час повторю -ЛАЙКАЙТЕ ЧТОБ НЕ ПОТЕРЯЛА

I’ll try to do this every day Day 1: I thought it was gonna be easy and it was at first but then the side abs thingy came and i almost died, but I managed to do some of those correctly. The rest of them were kinda tiring, but not difficult. It felt like it lasted 2 minutes, definitely will continue Day 2: I’ve felt a lot less bumped from my belly, and today I managed to do all exercises completely except the side plank (it was easier today, and somehow I feel like one side if harder than the another.) I feel sore all day, but i guess that means it’s working. Day 3: It was a lil harder today bc I did another workout before this one. The side planks were especially difficult and I couldn’t do them correctly, I also got interrumped by my dad durin the last exercise 😧 fightinggg Day 4: I actually wasnt planing to workout today since I got home pretty late but then I ate some chips and felt guilty so yeah. That is when I realized that satisfying my craving only made me happy for some minutes, but working out makes me happy abt myself all day soooo I got a lot more motivated now. I don’t feel sore anymore and I’m getting used to it now. Changed de side stuff for that cruncher thingy Day 5: Slayed it heheheh.. Limbs feeling stretched day 2: it gets a lot easier, make sure to drink a lot of water day 3-day 6: felt great, feel toned day 7: ab outline a bit, legs toned day 7-12: felt tired some days, but still completed it day 14: ab lines in, toned, lost some fat, stomach looks flatter went on vaca current weight: 118lb day 15: feel so tired since I haven’t worked out since before vaca, I sweated so much and it definitely felt harder day 16: feeling so bloated today, was a hard day to finish

I am going to do this everyday for a week starting today! I’m just writing this for myself so I can keep myself in check. Day 1: ✅ Wasn’t bad, was similar to exercises I’m used to. Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ I’ve noticed some small differences! Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ There are definitely some differences! Day 7: ✅ Last day. This workout wasn’t bad. There weren’t any huge changes but it was good enough for what this is. I probably saw the most differences on the 4th day , but it wasn’t too much. I did lose over a kg , which never happens so that is definitely a plus.
Doing this for a month! 🤍 Current weight: 64kg/141lb Day 1 - ✔️ - Felt exhausted, did a few pauses because of cramps, my stomach and back hurts. Managed to do it all but it was hard. Day 2 - ❌ - Wasn't able to do it because I wasn't at home. Day 3 - ✔ - It was easier and I didn't feel that much pain.
Actually keeping track here! *i do lower body stretching before these exercises to avoid aching alot so i recommend doing that i do these exercises 2x a day, 1 morning 1 night with stretches i saw this in another workout video but someone said you should try doing cardio ( dancing, jumping jacks etc.. ) after to quicken the results !! I do dancing and jumping jacks and it works!! 🪄 Day 1 : DONE !! ( I was 58.6 Kg here ) 🪄 Day 2 : DONE !! 🪄 Day 3 : DONE !! ( now 57.6 Kg ) - I do kpop dances such as Antifragile by Le Sserafim and some other choreographies, its optional to dance right after but for me i'll be doing it since its fun and actually helps me learn how to dance and lose weight! I also do diets such as intermittent fasting or however you spell it, I also do some of my own other exercises and other exercise videos - you may do as you please since everyone's bodies and such is different! so do what helps you Long update as of May 2: So sorry for no update, school was keeping me busy ☹️ - now 53.2 - i cut rice off from my diet since I couldn't exercise much, i had to change diet since I was overweight, when changing diet plants be sure to ensure you still get the nutrition needed! Absolutely do NOT starve yourself, I recommend IF, and I stop eating at 6pm or more late - Continued dancing and cardio, - my whole body frame seemed to get smaller, compared to when i first started exercising, even if it's subtle, I noticed how my arms got slimmer than before, same goes for my thighs and just over all frame, my collarbones are prominent now I'm so sorry I couldn't update daily again, school was an ass, but if you guys continue doing it everyday you'll see changes overtime! It's not gonna be an obvious change overnight so don't beat yourself up, the right way to a healthy body is a healthy mind
@@miaka123ify i agree, i was doing the same thing and also went on a caloric deficit (900-1200kcal a day), my body passed out after 2 weeks and fainted the moment i got out of bed, so try to be careful and take care of yourself
Trying it for 1 week!! Day 1: Dead cause I haven’t done a workout in like 3 weeks, and also couldn’t really finish everything cause my legs hurt🥲 (hope to do better tmrw! (Лучше в носках заниматься у меня ноги тоже в поту) День 4-✅Я заменила два предпоследних упражнения на велосипед , так как говорят , что они расширяют талию.(Я забросила тренировку Дженни потому что я ещё делаю свои упражнения, но когда я закончу тренировки IVE может быть начну делать трени Дженни) День 5-✅Я фиг знает что писать , но мне нравится делать эту тренировку День 6-✅С 51.95 я стала вести 50.85 , но я так же делала свои тренировки и танцевала 1 час почти каждый день. I'm gonna be keeping a track here of my progress ( doing it for a week) Month- October Date started - 15 Day 1 : ✅ Had a little bit of trouble with the side planks but was fun. Day 2 : ✅ Went amazing! Day 3 : ✅ I'm kinda tired but it's alright Day 4 : ✅ Was a little tiresome as I'm sick but it still feels nice Day 5 : ✅ I'm much better now and the workout was just fine Day 6 : ✅ Nice but the side planks still trouble me Day 7 : ✅ Alright, I forgot to write on this day and got reminded from a comment but it was nice! The workout worked well for me, it was quite easy and quick to do. Since I did this every morning ( 4am) before going to school it made my sleep drift away and I enjoyed it. I really recommend it!
Using this comment as a way to remind myself to keep at it so here we go I did add an extra exercise myself which is hip twists 25 reps 4 sets Day 1 : ✅️ not too hard and definitely felt my muscles stretch Day 2 : ✅️ today was a little harder than yesterday cause my muscles were a bit sore 😭 Day 3 : ✅ I did do it yesterday but I forgot to update snsks my bad. I just wanted to say that I’ve already been seeing slight changes. My stomach seems more firm and my waist looks smaller too! @@ryun222 yea, sure. I haven't noticed a lot, I geuss it really takes time. I did notice my arm muscle, this workout does a lot with arm strength too. As for my thighs I don't think I saw a difference really. And for my abs i have seen a small difference. But I don't do any other workouts outside of this one, and dancing for around 20 minutes a day.

делаю до конца лета (31 августа) вес 47.70 кг | 13.08 1 день-сделала два подхода днем и вечером, нормальненько. делала эту тренировку еще год назад, так что было легко делать, причем я выполняла тренировку 36 минут -1 кг неделю, поэтому мне уже ничего не страшно 2 день- до сих пор трясутся руки, сделала сейчас и утром, сегодня сильно болели бока талии, хз хорошо это или плохо 3 день-выполнила 4 день-выполнила 5 день- выполнила, сегодня было намного легче выполнять боковую планку чем обычно, мне понравилось 6 день- выполнила, все как обычно 7 день-забыла писать, и не могла зайти в ютуб. сегодня я взвесилась и вес 47.30. сделала тренировку (2 раза) 8 день-сделала

Всем привет! Хочу побробывать делать тренировки чтобы избавиться от отеков и подхудеть 😊 Помимо этой тренировки буду делать еще несколько. Вес сейчас:45 кг, цель:42 кг, ляжки сейчас:50 см, цель:45 см, талия:70 см, цель:60 см Первый день ✅- было довольно просто, после тренировки немного болит пресс

@@melomimi yup! like russian twists, i mean - you may do it but, not often. Since it helps with your abs but it kind of make your waist wider. For the side planks, i recommend not doing them since they also can widen your waist. I recommend replacing Russian twists, and Side planks (left and right) with Plank (make your tummy flat), Bicycle Crunches (helps with defined abs aswell), and Crunches (also helps with defined abs). Hope this helps
i’ll try to update to make me motivated to do this everyday.. so iirc, i’m currently at 48 kgs. my goal weight is around 40 kgs! i’m not going to undergo any sort of diet because food is life tbh.. day 1: god, i thought this was going to be easy peasy.. but i bet i did not even do most right.. the space i have is a bit cramped so i have to adjust few exercises.. and some were so hard for me (like russian twist and side abs thing) so i stopped a lot in the middle. hopefully i get to be consistent with this one..

@@madnuva I did it until 3rd week of April actually but I got busy this last week of April its good and easy to follow and then I noticed sum difference between before and after I did this exercise. I'll try to do this 2x this month of May and I'll add other exercise to lose weight faster.

Day 1:✅ Feeling the burn in my stomach and back already.
Day 2:✅Didn't struggle as much as the first time!
Day 3:✅Had a break day yesterday, but my body is definitely getting used to it, doesn't hurt as much.
Day 4:✅ Done:) I replaced the side planks with bicycle crunches, because the side planks can widen your waist.
Day 5 and 6:✅Doesn't hurt at all, my body is used to it now:)

•1 день: утром было сложно, особенно когда дело зашло планки,
днем я поспала и вечером повторила было намного легче и приятнее ее делать.
•2 день: уже легче, я нашла баланс тела, но под конец тренировки становится сложно, вечером не сделала, но заменила прогулкой на 10тыс шагов
•3день: как будто легче, но болят руки и ноги, планка далась очень легко, вечером я сделала ту популярную тренировку на 35 мин которая скидывает 1 кг и после нее я вообще ничего не чувствовала, так что сделала на изич
•4 день: сделала легко, чувствую легкость, и вообще я заметно похудела ( также тренировка на 35 мин дает о себе знать), сделала пока один раз, через час повторю

@@СофіяЗамах в пошуку ютубу можна вбити " hiit -1kg afit". тренування доволі важке, не для новачків. якщо маєте якісь проблеми з колінами/суглобами краще не робіть. перед тренуванням зробити розминку для суглобів, а після розтяжку на все тіло. удачі!
I’ll try to do this every day
Day 1: I thought it was gonna be easy and it was at first but then the side abs thingy came and i almost died, but I managed to do some of those correctly. The rest of them were kinda tiring, but not difficult. It felt like it lasted 2 minutes, definitely will continue
Day 2: I’ve felt a lot less bumped from my belly, and today I managed to do all exercises completely except the side plank (it was easier today, and somehow I feel like one side if harder than the another.) I feel sore all day, but i guess that means it’s working.
Day 3: It was a lil harder today bc I did another workout before this one. The side planks were especially difficult and I couldn’t do them correctly, I also got interrumped by my dad durin the last exercise 😧 fightinggg
Day 4: I actually wasnt planing to workout today since I got home pretty late but then I ate some chips and felt guilty so yeah. That is when I realized that satisfying my craving only made me happy for some minutes, but working out makes me happy abt myself all day soooo I got a lot more motivated now. I don’t feel sore anymore and I’m getting used to it now. Changed de side stuff for that cruncher thingy

I DID BURN OUT BC OF SCHOOL BUT UPDATE😭😭😭: so after a few months of forgetting this workout I wanted to check in w you guys. I did get a lot of results 👌 lost 9 kgs in a few months. Now that I’ve started to work out again, I started doing the lesserafim workout 😻 now I’m finally able to actually do it lol but after a week I didn’t feel happy doing it (results but a lot of pain..) so I’ve been doing the daisy keech hourglass workout 2x a day and I’m loving it. ANYWAYS FOR ANYONE READING THIS FOR MOTIVATION HERE IT ISSSS please take care of yourself❤️❤️❤️ also yeah it does get better after a while doing the workout it’s easy

day 3-day 6: felt great, feel toned
day 7: ab outline a bit, legs toned
day 7-12: felt tired some days, but still completed it
day 14: ab lines in, toned, lost some fat, stomach looks flatter

Day 7: ✅ Last day. This workout wasn’t bad. There weren’t any huge changes but it was good enough for what this is. I probably saw the most differences on the 4th day , but it wasn’t too much. I did lose over a kg , which never happens so that is definitely a plus.

Day 1 - ✔️ - Felt exhausted, did a few pauses because of cramps, my stomach and back hurts. Managed to do it all but it was hard.
Day 2 - ❌ - Wasn't able to do it because I wasn't at home.

this was a pretty simple workout, i recommend for beginners. it’s not to hard because it’s mostly just stretches

*i do lower body stretching before these exercises to avoid aching alot so i recommend doing that
i do these exercises 2x a day, 1 morning 1 night with stretches
i saw this in another workout video but someone said you should try doing cardio ( dancing, jumping jacks etc.. ) after to quicken the results !! I do dancing and jumping jacks and it works!!

- I do kpop dances such as Antifragile by Le Sserafim and some other choreographies, its optional to dance right after but for me i'll be doing it since its fun and actually helps me learn how to dance and lose weight! I also do diets such as intermittent fasting or however you spell it, I also do some of my own other exercises and other exercise videos
- you may do as you please since everyone's bodies and such is different! so do what helps you

So sorry for no update, school was keeping me busy ☹️
- now 53.2
- i cut rice off from my diet since I couldn't exercise much, i had to change diet since I was overweight, when changing diet plants be sure to ensure you still get the nutrition needed! Absolutely do NOT starve yourself, I recommend IF, and I stop eating at 6pm or more late
- Continued dancing and cardio,
- my whole body frame seemed to get smaller, compared to when i first started exercising, even if it's subtle, I noticed how my arms got slimmer than before, same goes for my thighs and just over all frame, my collarbones are prominent now
I'm so sorry I couldn't update daily again, school was an ass, but if you guys continue doing it everyday you'll see changes overtime! It's not gonna be an obvious change overnight so don't beat yourself up, the right way to a healthy body is a healthy mind
I suggest u to be careful with fasting. It can damage your metabolism. I know because I fuck mine with that. But I am happy for results

@@miaka123ify i agree, i was doing the same thing and also went on a caloric deficit (900-1200kcal a day), my body passed out after 2 weeks and fainted the moment i got out of bed, so try to be careful and take care of yourself

Day 2: Felt really good to do this workout, just couldn’t finish the last one bc my feet kept slipping away bc of the sweat (tmrw I will use a towel) didn’t do this workout yesterday and the day before bc I was sick🥲 I also did another workout from her acc!

Day 4: Did it again, really didn’t feel like doing a workout but since I want to achieve my goal I did it! Was a lil harder then the other days. I replaced the last step with 30 seconds planking and it’s a good replacement! (Also did another workout again)
Day 5: Doing this workout today felt good but at the same time not, to finish it I kept thinking about achieving my goal body and so I did finish it again! Did my usual other workout aswell and feel happy :)

День 1-✅Легко, но на последних трёх упражнениях было сложно
День 2-✅С меня никогда так ручьём не шёл пот.Тоже самое , что и в 1день.(Кстати я сегодня начала делать упражнении Дженни)
День 3-✅Уже немного легче на последних трёх упражнениях , но я всё рано в конце устаю.Пота стало идти меньше. (Лучше в носках заниматься у меня ноги тоже в поту)
День 4-✅Я заменила два предпоследних упражнения на велосипед , так как говорят , что они расширяют талию.(Я забросила тренировку Дженни потому что я ещё делаю свои упражнения, но когда я закончу тренировки IVE может быть начну делать трени Дженни)
День 5-✅Я фиг знает что писать , но мне нравится делать эту тренировку
День 6-✅С 51.95 я стала вести 50.85 , но я так же делала свои тренировки и танцевала 1 час почти каждый день. Я не отказываюсь от сладкого. Но считаю что 1 конфета в день и йогурт.Больше ничего сладкого а в выходные мороженое. Всё равно лето очень жарко.
День 7-✅Написала на 8 день , так как забыла

The workout worked well for me, it was quite easy and quick to do. Since I did this every morning ( 4am) before going to school it made my sleep drift away and I enjoyed it.

Day 1: Easyyyyy! I saw that my stomach became flatter. Got kinda tired at the end
Day 2: Side planks killed me, but the rest was good. Gotta try working on side planks!
Day 3: It was nice, but side planks killed me again. i already see some results after doing 3 workouts!
Day 4: I already see some results after doing this + one more workout. Side planks were better today!
Day 5: It wasnt so difficult or tiring, it was okay! also, side planks were better!
This stretch was so good I feel more flexible after on time only, imagine what would happen after a month😊❤ thanks for sharing this stretch❤❤

heyyy i weight around 93 kgs and my height is 170cm i want to lose 20 kgs at least i did this workout for 2 days today is the 3rd day and its pretty easy ill be doing it for 2 weeks and if i lose at least 3 kgs ill be super happy pluse im on a diet so i hope this will workout and im 13 yrs so my weight is not good for my age at all so i really need to lose alot of weight my dream weight is 62 kgs

Day1- it wasn't that hard but the side planks were a bit tough so I just holded it for 5 sec🥹
Day2- it was kind of tough today and I was struggling a bit while doing the excersizes and keeping up with the timer but anyways I'm feeling good about this workout!

@@ryun222 yea, sure. I haven't noticed a lot, I geuss it really takes time. I did notice my arm muscle, this workout does a lot with arm strength too. As for my thighs I don't think I saw a difference really. And for my abs i have seen a small difference. But I don't do any other workouts outside of this one, and dancing for around 20 minutes a day.

1 день-сделала два подхода днем и вечером, нормальненько. делала эту тренировку еще год назад, так что было легко делать, причем я выполняла тренировку 36 минут -1 кг неделю, поэтому мне уже ничего не страшно
2 день- до сих пор трясутся руки, сделала сейчас и утром, сегодня сильно болели бока талии, хз хорошо это или плохо

@@melomimi yup! like russian twists, i mean - you may do it but, not often. Since it helps with your abs but it kind of make your waist wider. For the side planks, i recommend not doing them since they also can widen your waist. I recommend replacing Russian twists, and Side planks (left and right) with Plank (make your tummy flat), Bicycle Crunches (helps with defined abs aswell), and Crunches (also helps with defined abs). Hope this helps

so iirc, i’m currently at 48 kgs. my goal weight is around 40 kgs! i’m not going to undergo any sort of diet because food is life tbh..
day 1: god, i thought this was going to be easy peasy.. but i bet i did not even do most right.. the space i have is a bit cramped so i have to adjust few exercises.. and some were so hard for me (like russian twist and side abs thing) so i stopped a lot in the middle.
