No, he didn't. It's the flip side of "Country Club Conservative". Both terms have been around since at least the 50's. They're terms used to make you consider the source rather than the content of the speech.

I think it can change aspects of the world for individual people if done correctly . but as for the world as a whole I doubt it would change much because no matter what you do or say others will have a differing opinion

They changed my view on situations. They made me learn something new about my culture and orher cultures. Hasn't he been in political debates. Honestly you sound like you never liked him. I think he knows what he is talking about.

Great musician and RATM were pretty kicking in their heyday. That said, I think TM is a bit of a fraud. Remember Mr. Working Class Hero TM tried to throw a Seattle restaurant/bistro under the bus via his influential Twitter account. TM felt he wasn’t given the proper treatment. Then, the restaurant owner shot back and went point by point why TM acted like a jackass to his staff. It was pretty embarrassing for TM.
