I saw this last night on twitter and my first thought was, aww man- he always seemed like he was having fun behind the kit and wanted to share that joy.

Steve you are such an awesome guy I love you dearly man! Dom was my very close friend (as you know) I talked to him at least once a week sometimes more! He inspired me in so
Many levels way beyond drumming! I
Loved him like a brother/father! I’m so heartbroken. Your video really lifted my spirits ( after the tears were done while watching) thanks my friend! I’m going to go to NY to visit the family and personally spend some time with them and celebrate too!! I’ll make sure Charmaine his wife and his 3 sons and family see this video as it’s from the heart ❤️ I want to put you in the same category as Dom as you do an amazing job of uplifting people to higher levels and you are much appreciated brother!! Rip my dear friend Dom 😢😢 Tim

My Mapex kit had the CD of him doing the tutorial set up, since then had a huge respect for his educational work...
Rest in peace, the inspiratonial teacher for all of us...

Hey, I took those pictures! Nice crop job ;-) Couldn't agree more. I've only met a handful of people like Dom in my life - people that are able to instantly connect with others at that deeper level and make a lasting impact. He poured his light and infectious enthusiasm into everyone he met. He wasn't just playing and teaching music, he was a living example of how to play the game of life. No doubt his legacy lives on in many others as it does in you and I. You also taught me a great many things! Hope this finds you well, Steve.

Aw man. I didn’t realize Dom had passed. As a non musician I came across the Sessions Panel and really loved his interviews and I learned a lot . He was a great teacher not just music but life as well, through his excellent hosting and interview skills. His zest for life, music and people really came through and was just uplifting and enjoyable to take in. RIP Dom, thanks for all you shared.
