I would recommend that you put a piece of linoleum on the floor of the coop. It will protect the floor and make it much easier to clean out the coop.

Your pup is learning that those other four legged creatures have claws and hurt. It took my dog a few days to get it and he is now 10 times larger but gives the cats a huge leeway. Are those piles of stone what you have already made for yourself? I realized after watching that you do use other aggregates from a supplier, are you mixing them to take advantage of your own natural resource? If so great savings for you and I am impressed. I enjoy these videos, your family and all your projects, thanks for sharing.
We are hauling in different materials for the house pad. There's too much clay in our dirt to use for the house pad, and it would take way too long to crush our own rock for the house pad as well. We're just sticking to making gravel for our road, which is a huge undertaking in itself and can be done over a longer period of time. Thanks 🙂

Hey, ya are in the same area as tiny shiny homes. I think on RUclips, look at how they build their house and look at the structure that it is, and it will be a lot cooler and warmer in the desert like the l. And then you'll be able to have a lot stronger structure than wood
Cool to see the kids helping out. Such a great way for all to live on a ranch , I did and my kids also loved it. The rock you are hauling in are you really saving by not having dump truck loads brought in ? Remember to put a valve to your time and gas . Or maybe trade your trailer for a dump one

That is a lot of work hauling your own fill!
Just an idea but your tractor is so big, could you not disconnect the trailer from the truck and lift the tongue with the backhoe to dump all the gravel out?
The reason we don't do that is because of how dangerous it would be. If something were to slip or come loose, that trailer would come slamming down. The other reason is it's just not built for that. Thanks 🙂
