    Base:
    60g unsalted butter (softened)
    25g sugar
    6g egg
    100g cake flour (sieved)
    Bake at 200 degrees celcius for 15 min
    Filling:
    120g cream cheese
    25g sugar
    1 egg yolk
    10g milk
    60g whipping cream
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    3g corn starch
    Freeze for 1h, brush with egg wash, bake at 220 degrees celcius for 10 min

    大家敲碗已久的半熟芝士撻(乳酪塔)!
    其實我不吃芝士(乳酪), 所以食後感的部份交給金先生
    金生表示非常棒, 跟外面賣的一樣好吃
    雖然我不愛, 但看起來真的好吸引呀~

    Many of you was asking for the half baked cheese tart!
    Actually I am not a fans of cheese. I will pass to Mr. Kim for trying it.
    Mr. Kim love it a lot! It is delicious as the one which is sold in bakery.
    I don't like it. But it looks good though.

    真心提醒,绝对没有恶意 - 你的切菜板真的不能再用了,已经是非常的脏和我们肉眼所看不见的许许多多的细菌,尤其是木板制作的材料非常容易聚集细菌,是对家人健康的罪魁祸首。切记!
