  • Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, cheese tart recipe
    (Aluminum egg tart mold: top diameter 6.8cm* bottom diameter 4.8cm* height 2cm)
    *Ingredients (about 11 pieces)
    190g cake flour
    97g cold butter
    1 egg yolk
    45g cold water
    10g sugar
    2g salt
    *Oven temperature (based on the oven I use: Wiswell)
    190 degrees 20 minutes preheat
    1) Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
    2) Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
    (The temperature of each oven is slightly different, so adjust the temperature of the oven you are using.)
    *Cream Cheese Cream
    250g room temperature cream cheese
    78g sugar
    1 room temperature egg (50g)
    8g corn starch
    17g cake flour
    290g milk
    33g room temperature butter
    3g vanilla extract
    * Eggs
    1 egg yolk + a little milk
    *Final Bake Temperature
    200 degrees 20 minutes preheat
    Bake at 200 degrees 19 minutes

    J'avais déjà commenté quelques unes de tes recettes. Et la franchement... il faut que je vienne dans ta région. S'est plus possible de juste regarder. Ne t'inquiète pas j'irais à l'hôtel. Je me contenterais de rester devant ta porte pr pouvoir goûter tes recettes...😋😍. Super bien organisé et surtout le plus important pr moi la PROPRETÉ..👍👏

      C'est du fromage à la crème, pas de la chantilly.
