Similarly to "put it away once," one of my favorite phrases is "If it takes less than 60 seconds, go ahead and do it." That applies to hanging coats, putting laundry in the hamper, washing your dinner plate, etc. It's made my life so much easier :)

Yes the tip of putting things away once is soooo helpful! Everytime I let my stuff pile up, it looks so daunting but literally takes a few seconds to put each things back where it goes

Best advice ever! I usually take my coat off and toss it then do the same with other like things. Then before I know it I have coats,scarfs,hats,gloves,shoes every where... Im so glad you said this! I never thought about it before.
Colour coding isssssss so comforting so are vacuum lines 😌 I would literally roll around in a closet that has been organised I would also roll around on a freshly vacuumed floor.
I organize the clothes in my closet by sleeve length. Tank tops have a magenta hanger, short sleeve have a white hanger, long sleeve have a blue hanger. And special clothes like dance dresses have a black hanger

Oh the putting away once is a great tip that I haven't heard before! Going to really try that. Also wanted to say that I really like your lighting. It's finally making your hair true to color on camera instead of the warmer gold it had been showing sometimes. Don't know what you changed but it worked 😀

Because I have kids my biggest problem is toys everywhere. So I bought a cute basket to put in the living room so I can quickly throw the toys in there. I use almost all these tips too. Great video.

I totally use that stuff within stuff method in my closet! 😂😂😂 I really felt a way about doing it, but when you have too many handbags to make your closet look as cute and organized as the ones you see on Pinterest, it helps to achieve the look. 😘

Cleaning as you go is a really good one, especially in the kitchen. Clean while your food is cooking, in this way you can keep an eye on what you are making and you don't end up with a sink full of dishes. Doing that later is way more annoying. Very guilty for throwing that coat! 😩
One tip that has helped me is to start cleaning in the farthest corner from the kitchen and work your way out to the kitchen. You can do kitchen first also but either way it keeps one from wandering all over the house going from one chore to the next. Work your way from one end or one floor to the other.

My tip would be to have one drawer dedicated to "junk" - things that don't yet have a place. Each time you open the drawer, organize *one* category of items that exist within the drawer and find a place for them (eg. put all the thumbtacks that are rolling around in the drawer into a container and place that container in the location that you keep your stationery). Over time, you'll see your junk drawer is either full of things you will *never* use (so chuck them in the garbage) or that it only contains a specific category of items.

Hi! I've recently cleaned my room (I ordered a shelf and desk from Ikea) and I found a small tip that could help you organize . Always start with the hidden things. For example, the things in your cupboard, drawers, etc. when you're finished with that, go onto the things that show. So if you have a few things that you don't wanna throw away but you also don't want clutter on your desk, you can put in it on 'clean' drawers if that makes sense. (Sorry if she had said this in the video; I haven't watched the whole thing.) ~-~

I usually try to clean something every other day in my house. I don't clean on Sunday or Monday because my Fiancee is off those days but I'll do something like Tuesday - clean bathroom & mirrors, Thursday - vacuum & dust, Friday - all laundry. It helps that I give everything a place and put things away when I use them and not leave them out. If you get in a routine and it only takes 10-20 min a few days a week your house will always be clean and it's not too hard to do even if you life a really busy life.
