@@KleanKarClinic88 clearly you don’t enjoy driving much then. I live in the countryside, you can have fun on good roads with a slow car or fast, acceleration in my opinion is better and most roads are 60mph anyway.

Such a sick experience Archie! Wasn’t expecting this sort of content! I watch traffic cops and police interceptors daily! Hope to see more content like this super cool PC Hamilton. Would be so funny seeing Archie join the force and on traffic cops doing pursuits!

Great video Arch, great message and what a great job these traffic police do. I think if they did a little more social media stuff like this they wouldn’t get the bad rap most bizzies get.
Y i never speed when i see X5's, literally was following one at 70 on wednesday coz i thought it was under covers and as i went past i saw police recording everything😂😂🤣
Yeah there’s certain cars that just fit the bill, I’m always overly cautious. The small wheels give it away since they’re so rare on them and they just have a ‘look’ about them.

Good job on claiming the job! One of my fears is becoming a police because I’m scared of a criminal shooting or killing me! but it does sound fun to chase criminals.
@@cyro8884 thanks for the reply, it certainly takes a particular type of person to do his job, when he applied for firearms division ( he was already a regular PC ) I think there were about 130 applications and only 16 got through , he now also does close protection work if any VIP's or Royals are in Cambridge for visits. He finds it interesting and varied and does enjoy it.
Been in a few chases when I was a lot younger, when I think back to them we were extremely stupid and took crazy risks purely to get away, the worst I ever done on a personal note was drive down a large set of stairs. And a little top tip, NEVER buy an Ex police car, if you watch back any police chases and focus on ''speed humps'' that's why you don't ever want to buy an Ex police car.
Here in the US we have Twin turbo EcoBoost 3.5L V6s and Hemi V8s with 350+HP. We have the Ford Taurus Interceptor, Dodge charger pursuit, Chevy Caprice PPV, Chevy Tahoe PPV, Ford explorer Interceptor, and Dodge Durango pursuit with all have over 350hp. The 2020 Ford Explorer Interceptor now has 400hp with a 3.5L V6 twin turbo EcoBoost and 10 speed automatic transmission.
Great for the police to try and get on the publics side after their recent history. I know you cannot tar all police with the same brush, and the majority all do a good job. Although traffic police are not whiter than white and should be setting an example. No indication, on the phone, lane hogging, speeding. I’ve seen a lot recently.
Great content Archie 😎 Some pretty decent road craft on the night time blue light run by other road users - do you tend to find people are less likely to see you or pulling over during the day? What’s the longest it’s taken for someone to realise you’re there? Is there a penalty that could be applied in this case or a flea in the ear?
I can comment as a blue light driver myself, albeit working for the ambulance service. Good days and bad days, good drivers and bad drivers. From experience, people tend to react better at night, on the basis that lights are much more noticeable and are seen further away. I've followed someone for 2-3 miles before they've noticed us and that's using multiple siren tones, headlight flashes and different vehicle positions. I'm some cases if you don't move and an officer sees this, you may be considered for driving without due care and attention. Hope this helps.
Great video archive. Veery good content. It would be nice to let the person finish answering the question you've asked before asking another so we can be hear all the information being given👍🏾
“I’m not one of those people who you’ll see flying down the road at 100mph”- that’s funny because I’ve seen you come flying past us in your bmw m8 on the m40.
I've watched every episode of Police intercepters en Traffic Cops and loved it. Especially the narrator made it awesome with his remarks. Like vanman and knifeman.
I don't watch your videos much but this was great. A lot of your younger viewers need to see this stuff as well because a lot of young drivers are getting into powerful cars far more easily due to leasing and unfortunately a lot of them drive like absolute FKing idiots on the road, so hopefully this will educate that they are not the best driver ever or invincible.
This was a really great watch however correct me if I’m wrong but didn’t they let that lady off lightly who was on her phone? I’m sure it’s supposed to be a £200 fine and 6 points for being on a mobile phone whilst driving and she was only given a £100 fine and 3 points for driving without full control? Seems a bit off that they let some people off but others and new young drivers receive the full 6 points and £200 fine which loses their license if they are within their first 2 years of driving. Please let me know if I’m wrong but if not that’s really not great policing from them in that part.
Watching Archie who owns multiple high horsepower cars, trying to play the model citizen that “sticks to the limits” is bloody hilarious 😂
Lol
Acceleration trumps high speed driving most of the time, you can easily enjoy these cars without breaking the law. Unless you live in a city.
