LEO's drive up to a robbery suspect, calmly exit their vehicle and await the conclusion of suspect's phone call and allow him to seat himself, not handcuffed and not patted down into the cruiser. USA: come to a screeching halt, guns drawn screaming profanity laced instructions, slam the handcuffed individual against the cruiser, open the door and bundle them in.
