    How the hell is it suspicious to not carry ID? It isnt against the law, you just need to provide it to your nearest police station within a week of being formally requested by the police

    • @eliz_scubavn
      @eliz_scubavn 6 месяцев назад +3

      What you’re describing is a producer which is something a lot of forces haven’t done in a long time, partially because police have in-car computers and handheld computers which can easily access DVLA and MIB databases as well as their own PNC system.
      Not to mention, what the police will classify as ID is loose and often amounts to something with your name and picture on it. As long as they’re reasonably satisfied that you are the person you claim to be, they’ll be happy. And honestly, most people I know who are drivers have their driving licence, which is conveniently the correct size to be kept in a purse or wallet, on their person assuming they’ve taken said purse or wallet with them.
      Section 23/24 of PACE and also specific legislation like the Road Traffic Act also mean that the police are free if needed to stop people, request ID as and when needed and to arrest those whose ID is doubtful. The RTA allows the police to stop any vehicle on the public road system and request proof of the pre-requisite documentation needed to drive legally, usually their licence and insurance (and less frequently MOT).

    • @Alucard-gt1zf

      @eliz_scubavn I personally don't carry anything on me when I drive, my phone can't act as my card so why would I need a wallet on me?

      I often go on shorter drives without my purse containing my licence but then I shouldn’t get pulled over as me and the car are fully legal. I know people with no licence and passport so no ID but again they don’t drive so shouldn’t be needing the proof.

They're planning and learning how to become a criminal. They don't actually want to get out of bed and work to earn money when they can steal it. A criminal grandfather creates a criminal father who then continues the cycle and sets the wheel of criminality in motion.

    • @johnhenderson131

So how is the cycle broken without violating parental rights to raise their child unless the child is abused and removed from the criminal influence of the parents/grandparents?

    1:19 Well what goes through my mind is….Arm these cops armed?! Their job is risky enough but to direct unarmed officers into a situation where firearms have already been established as a potential threat seems unfair and dangerous. Hope for the best but prepare for the worst, was the military doctrine, amongst others like, Never underestimate your opponent!
    3:08 In North America, the police unit making the take down would be armed with sidearms, rifles, possibly a sniper, machine pistols (H&K 9mm, automatic rifles AR-15, not to mention flash bangs, smoke and tear gas…here in the UK there’s 6 enthusiastic cops armed with pepper spray and nightsticks, possibly one of them Taser qualified with permission to use it. Bit of a contrast!

      maybe that why there is more people shot in America that in the uk like here there are fire arms units

    I know the police can stop drivers for no reason but admitting it's because the car is low value and has 2 males in, is surly discrimination? Doesn't seem right that because I'm male and can only afford a low value car, I'm at more risk of been stopped, especially if i do the "suspicious" thing of having a male friend in the car
