Hi Bird… my name is Cate. I am 70 years old and live on the Salmon River in Shoup Idaho. I’m rather new at Yoga, but I’m enjoying it so much. I really like this Day 1 from a year ago and day 2. I try to do both of them about 3-5 times a week. I’ve been watching your journey with Bear. You two are so stinking cute. I pray many blessing on your relationship. My condolences. This is my first Christmas without my grandma and taking a bit of time for myself, stretching and breathing, was dearly needed. I know, this might not be helpful, but maybe you like the thought of us mourning and calmly breath together.

I've been doing yoga with you for over a week now. I was at one of the lowest points I have ever felt in my life recently and these small sessions really helped me return to my body and quiet the mind. It kinda is truly profound. I find that sometimes when I practice, I start crying. Especially when it comes to moments where you say to be proud of myself for showing up. Definitely learning how to love myself every day. Thank you for your content 💜

Yoga with bird is the top channel for yoga because she has videos of yoga classes that are gentle and relaxing and most of them are easy and practical with made me happy because many of yoga RUclipsrs have 30min to an hour of yoga vids and they have hard poses very hard not for everyone so finding yoga with bird was something special I can proudly say that her yoga vids are part of my daily routines thnk u and yoga with bird we love u ❤

I love this yoga session. I'm not much of a yoga person, but I liked this one because it was nice and slow, taking time to spend in some poses, and had beginner movements/poses. And I loved the comments at the end of the video like the hardest part was getting to the mat and you did it, so true for me! Thank you for this video!

I really enjoyed this class! I just wish these classes of the 7 day challenge would be uploaded earlier. Since I am from europe this class went online around noon in my time zone. Which means I always have to be one day late 🙈🙈
It’s unfortunate but i also have to consider when I actually make a video in general go public. Because youtube works very specific i have to upload when most people are online in the morning ir my video with get lost.

I’m late starting the challenge. But, I just started it today!! Funny thing is my cat helped me to decide to get up and do some yoga this morning. I was just laying down with her petting her and listening to her purring. Spending time with her, when I decided that I should do some yoga this morning. She was right I felt great and calm!!! ❤

Great video to start my Christmas Day, thank you bird! One question I have is that if I feel a strain/ache in my inner thigh during some of the poses, does it mean I’m doing it incorrectly? Or that I just need to do more yoga!
Hard to know because i cant see how you’re doing it. Generally if it’s causing pain you shouldnt do it or go as “deep” if its a stretch especially. You might be stretching beyond your limit. It doesn’t mean you need more yoga, quite the opposite, you just need to know your edge with each stretch (if this is the case). It could also be an underlying issue like if you slept wrong or have a strain/nerve issue. Any pain just pull back or skip the pose causing it. I dont do some poses because they simply dont work for my body/skeletal structure, everyone is different. Hope this helps ♥️♥️
