I had a lot of setbacks while recording these. It all started when my controller broke. This was supposed to be out yesterday but for some reason it took an awful long time to upload. Here is it now.

I swear, after 170 hours of running around just killing orcs, I had one come back from the dead twice a couple days ago. Seems you don't run out of reviving orcs, they just get really rare.
Uruk's Hollow what do you think about complete list of epic runes? Can you do that? p.s. Very good job with videos, a lot of new information about SoM mechanics and gameplay. Well done.
There's a few Epic Runes not available on Xbox One, unfortunately.
There are a few things you missed. If you vault over units the bleed effect will stop ticking as long as you continue to do it. Vaulting over someone as well as preparing your bow and arrow will automatically charge your bow

That Morgai flie explosion was sick! can't believe I never knew about it
If you want to avoid the explosion you can also shadow strike an enemy inside or outside the blast and keep your hitstreak.
Here's another tip:
If you are chasing a running Uruk, and you do not have any elf-shot (or any skills that will help you catch up), you can tap the drain button.
This will stagger him and allow you to catch up.
you should do a walk through for your first SOW run. even if there isn't commentary it'd be interesting to see how you play through the game the first time.

This is a great video. That arrow teleport and then stealth attack could be vital for some of the dagger missions. Thanks for the vid.
You can also use the elf-shot recovery rune (forgot its official name) which stacks with multiple runes on your bow. You can easily get 33% chance to recover +2 arrows after firing the bow, which means for every 2 or 3 arrows you shoot you can recover 2 arrows at LEAST.
There's another rune that can stack to give your 50% chance to recover +2 elf-shot when you fire an arrow when mounted on a caragor. Combine these with the rune that replenishes focus when your hit streak is charged (forgot that one's name too) and you essentially get unlimited arrows and focus as long as you discharge your hit streak (fire arrow) and keep charge it with arrow shots.
Perfect for archer builds. You can take a graug down without ever leaving focus (the trick is to headshot them with fire arrows, which drains their health rapidly).

(RIVER OF ARROWS: Up to 25% chance to recover +1 elf shot after firing the bow)

I have combined 5 of em, i never lose arrows unless i shadow strike (i need all 5 slots to be river of arrows elsewose it's not 100% chance

Tip number two is VERY helpful. I'll have to try and remember this for my next playthrough.
i love how in only 6 months you have almost reached 10k subscribers. For such a brand new tuber your content is A+
A trick I found is when you're jumping off a high ledge and doing the animation where you land on one knee you can go into elven swiftness instead if you start the jump in wraith form and change halfway through.
huh that's quite useful, I know I've done it once but didn't remember how : D

Brand and Vault Over one is immensely useful in the self-imposed Hardcore mode where you need to complete the game and unlock no more than 2 skills - one of them is a Death Threat.

I dont know if many know this but when facing a captain, after ground executing (RT+x) you can immediately execute (Y+B) cancelling the animation of the ground execute

Another Lure of Power ability, it works before you get the brand ability, I got it a little bit before the Hammer fight and I can brand enemies already. It may be a glitch but I'm not sure, I only got it because I sent a death threat against a warchief.
Edit: Lure of power before getting brand definitely isn't a glitch

I remember being on the back of a graug as it got killed. the game still thought i was on its back as it fell sideways. for awhile i ran horizontally across the screen. best bug i've ever seen it was hilarious.

For the stun cancel you can just grab hold of them and it'll have the same effect.

I do glitch other games for my own entertainment. Been doing it since 2003 but back then I didn't have a means to record what I did so I got tagged as a troll everytime.
I've also found a trick involving combat drain and the brutal stealth kill. Mind you this only works before you gain the brand ability. Anyway, once you combat drain a normal, they go out of combat, and you can stealth kill them for an easy kill. But if you have the brutal stealth kill, and the lowered hit streak skill, you can brutalise them and charge your streak. And repeat until all the enemies have either been killed or have fled in terror. It really is handy if you have these skills and are hugely outnumbered. However like I said, once you receive the brand ability later on in the campaign, this trick doesn't work anymore.

So the Talons of the Black Hand can be branded? That's pretty awesome, but I'm guessing they don't stick around in the army screen after the final mission? Would've been cool to make each of the five talons a warchief

i think there was some place in nurnen where a fight between an uruk and a caragor happens, and if the uruk wins he will be promoted to a captain, could you possibly promote your own grunts this way? oh man... this game series has a tremendous amount of potential but i can see only a portion of it being used!

Most of these I figured out when I was bored
like the Morgai fly explosion
I had no one to shoot with a fire arrow so I just thought
"I would really like to terrorize some uruk's that are not in my range"
so I did fire arrow and then, an explosion came out of the nest
The last one actually happened to me twice on accident last week. I was kind of confused when I was only after killing the captain then he gets back up and starts fighting me again lol.
When you will gain 500 000 subscribers, I'll be able to say "I'm here since 1600 subscribers"

For 'Beck and Call', I found it most helpful when gaining Intel and delivering Death Threats faster than finding Worms. For leveling Branded Captains I would use a method that involves making a said Captain into a Bodyguard for a Warchief, now each Bodyguard can have one Master/Warchief at a time, but you can also have that same Captain go through Initiation of a new Warchief. This leaves the Captain in a position of switching from one Warchief to the next. In addition, you would also need to make sure you Captain completes his trials for each Warchief to gain Power Levels.
I would do this as a way to level up Branded Captains, then have the maxed level Captains become Bodyguards for one Warchief (for example: 20 Bodyguards for one Warchief at Power Level 20 [having these same Bodyguards with Death Threats already on them helps increase Epic Rune pops]). When I 'Beck and Call' the Warchief wth 20 max level Bodyguards, I hit the Dispatch button and watch as a mixture of white, blue, and epic emerge from their corpses.
DISPATCH counts as making the final hit, so to say.
Is there an runes editor? It is long to wait for shadow of war, it is necessary to somehow occupy yourself.

Well, by pure luck while farming Epic Runes. You just have to keep sending Death Threats and killing those Captains until you get it. Since it is an Epic rune, the more Epics you already have, the better the chances of getting it.

I was waiting to see if the decapitated uruk would get back up like the non-decapitated one. Do they not when you attack them?

Number 2 is amazing trick.
So I played Shadow of Mordor a while back and i branded every uruk exept for the one who wont revive or just dissapear. He was the first uruk i killed (i didnt do the missions because i thought i was to weak).
0:57 seconds in the bane of my existence in my second run of This game.. I died to him and his goons repeatedly until I saw this video and now Tugog is nothing but mere food for the worms
If a captain has a weakness to Strealth and you instantly stealth kill them and they are death threat'ed. They will always/have a high chance of dropping a stealth epic rune.
So if you attack a captains weakness they will drop that rune
I now started this game and i can hardly see the words on the screen n i got a big not to modern tv i tried to see if i could expand the words in options but i didn't see it, what do you recommend besides a new flat screen tv which i can't afford yet thanks.

2:11 is that in the regular mode I got the bright lord dlc but is the lure of power available in regular mode
A few days ago I skipped the last chance by somehow glitching through the ground. I appeared very near to the fight, but I was alive and the uruks were no longer triggered. I don´t know how to reproduce this.
What happens if you identify an uruk when a groug uses the eat anamation, or if he falls of a ledge after being hit?
Is the intro quote a random thing captains can say when you're in Uruk's hollow? Or is it in a story mission. I kind of forgot all the story missions.

For the drain vault breakers another easy way is to use the bow and go behind the sucker BAM magic.
You can brand Ghul Queens if thier health drops low enough, allthough they don't seem to be fighting other ghuls, and the only way to notice that they're branded are thier glowing blue eyes.

04:20:works reverse to, i had an explosive arrow fired at me and i identified him and when i got out i was fine
Also if throw a dagger then use the bow then its Talion that fires the bow.

I have a question. The Vendetta missions have you avenge a defeated player by killing the captain that killed them, correct?
If you succeed in killing the captain, does he die in the other players game too?
The Captain in the dead player's save remains alive.
