    - Save this yoga video by giving it a thumbs up for quick access whenever you need it.
    Welcome to this Yin Yoga Class for back pain, muscle knots, neck pain & headaches. During this yin yoga sequence we will be focusing on opening up the shoulders with yoga asanas like puppy pose, releasing the lumbar spine (lower back) with supported back bending yoga poses like bridge, as well as releasing spinal and neck tension with gentle yoga twists.
    This class is suitable for everyone (yoga for beginners). Helping to gently and mindfully relieve symptoms like lower back pain, upper thoracic back pain, neck and head pain, and cultivate a general sense of health and well being, creating inner peace and relaxation through conscious pranayama breath.
    Wear something comfortable if you don’t own any yoga wear, and make sure you’re practicing on a soft, non slip surface like a carpet if you don’t yet own a yoga mat.

    You always bring me back to self care forgiveness and caring for how miraculous life is. And today was pretty bad before I got here. I have a terrible tooth ache. And I am beating myself up for eating to much sugar. Instead I am going to journal the discomfort do yoga and breath. Thankyou Candi for being here for me for all these years.

    I had a headache for over 24 hours, mostly due to stiff neck and shoulder pain. Was worried it was going to turn into a migraine. Instead of painkillers and sleep, I thought I'd try some yin yoga first. SO glad I found this video! The shoulder and neck stretches helped immensely, and I could hear my bones cracking back into place once the muscles were relaxed. Saved me from a migraine and a trip to the chiropractor!

    That tip to hold elbow while stretching neck is a game changer! I will be using that daily. Thank you for your no-rush style and calming voice. Migraine is starting to feel better.

    I love this class and would love to share it with everyone. I absolutely feel so excited about this practice and this channel in General. I pray that many more people find you, as you clearly have a gift to give. Your combination: aptitude, genuine compassion and clear guidance is the perfect storm for any level to be challenged, refreshed and I find myself meditating in your practices in particular, were as, other on line classes I am more involved in the asana. ( which is not a bad thing) just a different experience. NAMASTE

    After a busy few days moving house sits this is just what I needed! I love the energy I get from my usual Vinyasa flow practice but this allowed me to slow things right down, tune into my body and breathe... I feel energised in a different way and ready for the day ahead. Thank you Candice x

    Thank you so much Candi! Exactly what I needed. Hearing the birds in the background does help to relax ;-)
    The only thing I struggled a bit with was putting the block at its highest side in the shoulder bridge exercise. So I used the medium height but not quite the sensation I guess I should have felt. I have a very stiff and sensitive back generally speaking.

So glad you enjoyed the class, and even happier to hear you listened to your body and modified the bridge pose, it may not have felt as intense as doing the full pose but you were true to yourself and to the principles of yoga by being kind to yourself, that's a wonderful thing. Even a tiny backbend can be beneficial so having done it the way you did, would still have done your spine a world of good.

    Namaste 🙏🏽. Thank you for this practice. Do you have a yin yoga for sciatica and for hips (triochantic bursitis). Also, my inner thighs are tender too the touch (same as outer)

    Thankyou so much for this class. Do you have a video you'd recommend for helping with a tilted pelvis? I really enjoyed this class but still had quite an arched lower back which I noticed during the last pose. Thank you.
