    I rarely take 30 minutes in the morning for yoga, but today was perfect. Thank you for the relaxed start to my Sunday.

    Firing (burning) away what's not useful, using that released energy to ignite joy!

      I'm a potter and am firing a natural gas kiln to come 10 for porcelain dinnerware at this very moment, joining inner fire to outside processes! Life is such a joy. Thank you
