    Balancing exercises immediately after standing up - the right leg wobbles even more than usual.
    Thanks for the short, powerful flow. 😘🙏🏻🧘🏼‍♀

    It was a quick burner 🔥
    This really made me notice how my balance differs side to side 🧘‍♀️💖

      You're very welcome Ani. For sure one side is always easier. What's your better side? For me it's the right 😉

    17.8.2024: This was really great warm-up. The first exercise was more difficult, and the knee to the calf was interesting. I will definitely do this again sometime. Balance exercises are so important and beneficial. ❤

      Oh no, Anissa, sorry to hear that, does it hurt when you flow? And does it limit your range of movement? X

      @@YogaCandi Thank you for worrying about me😍. Sometimes I'm limited to bending my knee, sometimes it hurts when I put it on the floor. So I have to adapt my practice and it's OK. I feel blessed to be able to practice even though with many adaptations! 🤩😍

      It's amazing to hear that you simply modify in ways that you know how to keep your body pain free and safe. Thank you for sharing your experience Ani 😊 🙏

    Hi yogacandi, I was wondering if you can answer a question, why do I get nauseous after doing even the most calm yoga flows? 😢

    • @YogaCandi
      @YogaCandi  5 месяцев назад +1

      Bless you, that's hard. Not something I've heard very often, here are something things to look at: Try to eat 1.5-3 hours before yoga and make sure you stay hydrated. Have a little snack before class if needed. A lot of yoga poses compress the abdomen, which some people may be more sensitive to than others, moving too quickly could be a factor as well. Here's an article I found that will hopefully shed a light on this for you a little more....

      I hope that helps, keep me posted 😊🙏

      @YogaCandi thank you, that article is helpful. There are definitely some things I could try changing and see if it helps.
