Hello i'm starting today this routine, i'm 18 years old, i just thought i was taller always thought i was about 5'9 (1,75 m) but no i'm actualy 5'8 (1,72 m) i always was insecure about my height, in school i was always the shortest kid from the friend group and i always wanted to be taller i will try to do this now every day and i will update if i see any change. Well, first update is finally may, 1 in my country i have so many things i want to say, well first i just skipped 1 day cuz i got a test and i had to study and didn't have time to stretch but for the last 4 days i have been doing these exercises everyday so this is my "stats" right now. So about my height, i improved about 0,5/1cm, i think that for 4 days is a lot ngl that is about 0,2/0,5 inches, and i rly got 5'9 tho but only with shoes, I've seen some changes playing sports, like playing voleyball, probably was because i had a bad posture or something before but when i was in my PE class, i was able to catch the ball a lot higher than my usual, i felt much better about my height because of that haha, well I'm gonna continue doing this exercises for this all month and see what happen, with this 4 days I've noticed some changes but this can be because I've a really bad posture and because I now do these exercises more regularly, these exercises may be causing me to have better posture and gain a few inches in the process, well lets see what happen if i continue doing this for this month i hope at least i get 5'9 without shoes ahah. June 21, 2023 (day 8): Age: 18 (M) Height: 5'9 (1,75m) Weight: 130 (59 kg) Target height: 6'0 (1,83 m) I FINALLY GOT 1.75m(5'9) and I'm 1.77m with shoes on which is approximately 5'10 I think it would be around 5 '9 and 3/4 if I'm not mistaken, I've been doing a lot of exercise since the summer started and in just 2 weeks I've grown about 2 cm (around 1 inch) and I feel like I'm going to grow more too I think this it's happening because I think my growth phase hasn't stopped yet, even though I'm 18 I feel like I'm still in puberty my body still compares a lot to that of a child and I still sometimes have flaws in my voice, probably I'm just a late bloomer or something, but i think everyone can grow an 1 inch or two with puting some work on it like, i have been taking a lot more sun than my usual and i am exercising my body like crazy, eating a lot more and I just got a inch doing that, so i think everyone can do it with hard work! And I grew one and a half inch , Bear in mind I am 17 My height I measured 2 months ago was 5'7 , i but I wasn't consistent due to a busy schedule.. but still it definitely improved my posture a lot. I did another stretching exercise follow along as well. Please reply to remind me to update. (My parents aren't that tall btw. , Mom is 5'5" and dad is 5'9") February 11 , 2023 : 5'8" March 1 2023 : 5'8" (Not much changed but I was VERY inconsistent , I'll try to be more consistent and update next month) April 1 2023 : 5'8" and a half (close to 5'9") So same thing , although stopped at the end of the month but I will start again and be more consistent but this month I was more consistent than the previous one. So yes I have grown , about half an inch. Which is a lot to be honest in just one month. I will start being way more consistent this month and update next month. May 1 2023 : 5'9" even on a bad day 😳 (5'10" and a half with shoes on) June 1 : Not that much of a difference , still 5'9" (inconsistent again 😭 , because of exams. So , if your growth is same to me and your growth plates haven't fused... I hitted pubert late , if you too have hitted it late then you would end probably b/w 5'10 to 6'0....
Well 5'7 itself is not too bad , I mean it's about average and you won't get any awkward moments becoz of your height ...so be confident and grateful buddy and yeah do try these exercises and check if you can get some benefits but still if it doesn't work out it's okayy bro... I'm 5'9 and Turning 17 this year nd I just too started stretching lately , more so becoz I am kinda stiff and want a good flexible body and more importantly a good healthy pain free back ..but It would be cherry on top if I'll be able to extract an inch or two but even if I don't it's okayy because I know my height is somewhat little above average in Asia and decently well above the kinda avg in my country ..talking about the west ..I'm exactly more or less average range :)

@@PhươngTrần-b2z1h I am now about 175cm or so, I think it's about puberty not the stretches, I feel good about that to be honest, the summer is here, I am willing to start swimming and exercising to get more hormones and become taller, I am now 15 and 2 month and I don't think my growth was bad, whoever just like I said it's most likely the puberty that I find out to be more likely a late one because of various factors, if you have anymore question you could ask me.

@miss fit that's simply not true, push ups doesn't hurt your height, I was doing a lot of push ups when I started the gym in school I was under 5'7 and now I'm over 5'7 right after so it's not true.
Well it's base on your genes but it's not 100% because some people have a small chance for bypassing their parent's genes like my uncles who are 5'7 while my grandparents are 5'1. My height is 5'2 at the age of 16 right now and yeah it sucks. Even though I'm being bullied everyday of being the shortest one, at least I can do stuff that I like such as going to the gym, reading books and gaming. Here's the advice: Go live your life everyone! If you're still young and want to increase your height, make sure to have a healthy lifestyle, have a balance diet and drink milk everyday.
Now Age 15 Height 6’0 Weight 131 Date 11-4-22 Goal Height 6’1 or maybe 6’2 Weight 150 Date 1-1-23 I’ve been bulking and hitting the gym consistently but I’m going to raise my calories per day to 4,000, get 10 hours of sleep consistently, implement these stretches every morning, drink a glass of milk before bed every night, and work on correct posture during the day and when I sleep.

Age: 14 Height: 197,3 cm Goal Height: 204 cm Grown 5.3 cm in 2 months with regular diet and intense work out. Played basketball, done many exercices to get taller and configurated the diet to the most equilibrated for Height. Basketball really helped me, agility plays a role for the bones to grow but there are lots of other factors you can depend of.
@freezedtv9433 Regular exercises and a healthy diet may help you. You need to grow up your bones, not your muscles, and try to do excercises at home or any avaible gym by doing a routine that consists in exercices to get taller.

To everyone: This won't make you taller, this will decompress your spine so you will be as tall as in the morning, or close to that. If you want to get taller and if you are younger than 20 years old, sleep and nutrition are most important. On top of that, doing high-intensity exercises like squats or deadlifts will trigger the release of growth hormone. Exercises like pull-ups, deadlifts (again), and farmer carries will improve your posture, so you will appear taller. Even if you won't be tall, that's not the end of the world, there are as many benefits to being shorter as there are to being taller, in my opinion.

Hello i'm starting today this routine, i'm 18 years old, i just thought i was taller always thought i was about 5'9 (1,75 m) but no i'm actualy 5'8 (1,72 m) i always was insecure about my height, in school i was always the shortest kid from the friend group and i always wanted to be taller i will try to do this now every day and i will update if i see any change.

Well, first update is finally may, 1 in my country i have so many things i want to say, well first i just skipped 1 day cuz i got a test and i had to study and didn't have time to stretch but for the last 4 days i have been doing these exercises everyday so this is my "stats" right now.

Well first i wanna say im trying to get 60kg (132 lbs) too, and i was bulking a bit this days, I'm trying to eat a lot more and exercise, I'm drinking a lot more water, getting much more sun light, and im trying to improve my sleep, today i got much more sleep than the usual i slept for about 8 hours today in every other days i got about 6 hours sleep because of school.
So about my height, i improved about 0,5/1cm, i think that for 4 days is a lot ngl that is about 0,2/0,5 inches, and i rly got 5'9 tho but only with shoes, I've seen some changes playing sports, like playing voleyball, probably was because i had a bad posture or something before but when i was in my PE class, i was able to catch the ball a lot higher than my usual, i felt much better about my height because of that haha, well I'm gonna continue doing this exercises for this all month and see what happen, with this 4 days I've noticed some changes but this can be because I've a really bad posture and because I now do these exercises more regularly, these exercises may be causing me to have better posture and gain a few inches in the process, well lets see what happen if i continue doing this for this month i hope at least i get 5'9 without shoes ahah.

Ok, i kinda forgot about it haha, but i was doing so much stuff, that i didn't have time to do this stretch everyday, i have done it like once or twice this past month but i realise something and that's why im doing this rn probably was because i was doing a lot more exercise this days but i actually grew half an inch (1cm), that's crazy, idk how i was not doing this exercise that often as i said but i actually grew half an inch and I'm finding that a lot for me, i hope i can grew more, i probably not gonna get 6'0 but in some months i can get like a solid 5'9 without shoes, and probably get 5'10 with shoes that's crazy i will try to keep working for it, btw my school actually endend now so i have a lot more time to exercise and do much more things, wich me luck and sorry for the late update. I FINALLY GOT 1.75m(5'9) and I'm 1.77m with shoes on which is approximately 5'10 I think it would be around 5 '9 and 3/4 if I'm not mistaken, I've been doing a lot of exercise since the summer started and in just 2 weeks I've grown about 2 cm (around 1 inch) and I feel like I'm going to grow more too I think this it's happening because I think my growth phase hasn't stopped yet, even though I'm 18 I feel like I'm still in puberty my body still compares a lot to that of a child and I still sometimes have flaws in my voice, probably I'm just a late bloomer or something, but i think everyone can grow an 1 inch or two with puting some work on it like, i have been taking a lot more sun than my usual and i am exercising my body like crazy, eating a lot more and I just got a inch doing that, so i think everyone can do it with hard work! Road to 5'10 with no shoes now, can i do it? Can I really got 6'0? Let's see keep watching my journey.

I feel my spine slowly being corrected each day, and I feel like I'm growing taller by the minute. as its stands I think I'm 162 cm which is 5'3, but I don't have my tape measurer so idrk. I will remeasure when I get my tape measurer. But as of right now, things are looking really great ! I'm getting taller thanks to this video !

Man, it’s been a long time since I’ve done this thing. I’m now 163 cm (estimate)which is 5’4 in feet and inches. I have been slowly coming back to my sedentary lifestyle and its a bad habit, since I’m a (un)professional (not professional yet) animator, it’s hard for me to find time to do this exercise, but I am looking to change that. I’ve been doing this for forever now. I measured my self at the doctors a few months back and I’ve grown to how tall I said I wanted to grow which is 5’4. My 14th Birthday is in 18 days so I hope I’ll have another growth spurt. My first big growth (which may or may not be a growth spurt, idk) was when I grew from 4’11 to 5’2 when I was 12, so hopefully maybe I’ll have another one!

August 11 : late update , completely forgot about this but now. The thing is I'm confused between my height I measured.
It's sometime 5'10" and sometimes 5'10.5" I sometimes seem slightly taller than my dad , and sometimes a lot taller. It depends on my spine tho.
Also due to procrastination it's safe to say it's been more than a month since I've done any physical exercise. I've been busy doing studies and freelancing. But now I'm free from my exams. So I'm starting my fitness journey again. See you next month.
(With shoes I am just very slightly shorter than 6 foot btw. That's what I'm kinda proud of but trynna reach 6 foot without shoes. I'm 5'9 and Turning 17 this year nd I just too started stretching lately , more so becoz I am kinda stiff and want a good flexible body and more importantly a good healthy pain free back ..but It would be cherry on top if I'll be able to extract an inch or two but even if I don't it's okayy because I know my height is somewhat little above average in Asia and decently well above the kinda avg in my country ..talking about the west ..I'm exactly more or less average range :)

Before reading this i want to say that every time i mentioned my height i means it barefoot and theres a chance of me giving some inaccurate height ( about 0.5 inchis )
So if i said 170 cm i may be 171 or 169 or 170

Despite the fact that i mentioned before that thejr will be no update about the second sets of exercises but i get +0.5 cm after doing the exercice another time I'm now about 171 cm that's 1 cm taller than yesterday (about 0.5 inchis of gain ) i think that's means that my posture was pretty bad but anyways

Today I wakes up after getting about 9 and half hours of sleep, my breakfast was a cup of milk and two eggs
I measured myself after doing the exercises but I can say that my height increases but I'm not sure how much, but my current height is between : 172 and 172.5 cm
That's a 1 inch taller than my initial form

I finally returned to school after 7 days of vacation
I slept the day before it at 9:30 and I woke up at 6:45 to start the day by eating my breakfast ( cup of milk and two eggs as always ) And I did the exercises and I measured my self Buti finds it's the same as yesterday (172 cm ) and I put my shoes on ( the shoes is 2 cm ) and when I arrived at school I realized that I'm taller than I used to and I'm taller than my friend who I was as tall as him a week earlier and thats just with my 2cm shoes and I have another one which is 4 cm tall that I usually wears.

@@PhươngTrần-b2z1h I am now about 175cm or so, I think it's about puberty not the stretches, I feel good about that to be honest, the summer is here, I am willing to start swimming and exercising to get more hormones and become taller, I am now 15 and 2 month and I don't think my growth was bad, whoever just like I said it's most likely the puberty that I find out to be more likely a late one because of various factors, if you have anymore question you could ask me.

Well it's base on your genes but it's not 100% because some people have a small chance for bypassing their parent's genes like my uncles who are 5'7 while my grandparents are 5'1. My height is 5'2 at the age of 16 right now and yeah it sucks. Even though I'm being bullied everyday of being the shortest one, at least I can do stuff that I like such as going to the gym, reading books and gaming.

Grown 5.3 cm in 2 months with regular diet and intense work out. Played basketball, done many exercices to get taller and configurated the diet to the most equilibrated for Height.
Basketball really helped me, agility plays a role for the bones to grow but there are lots of other factors you can depend of.

@freezedtv9433 Regular exercises and a healthy diet may help you. You need to grow up your bones, not your muscles, and try to do excercises at home or any avaible gym by doing a routine that consists in exercices to get taller.
Dude your not reaching to 6’8 you might fully grow to 6’4-6’5

To everyone: This won't make you taller, this will decompress your spine so you will be as tall as in the morning, or close to that. If you want to get taller and if you are younger than 20 years old, sleep and nutrition are most important. On top of that, doing high-intensity exercises like squats or deadlifts will trigger the release of growth hormone. Exercises like pull-ups, deadlifts (again), and farmer carries will improve your posture, so you will appear taller. Even if you won't be tall, that's not the end of the world, there are as many benefits to being shorter as there are to being taller, in my opinion.
Road to 6'1. Currently I am 5'11, will do this for 30 days and keep yall updated week by week.
