Gonna genuinely update every 2 weeks.
UPDATE: I DONT THINK ANYONE IS SEEING THIS BUT STILL. AFTER 2 WEEKS OF STRETCHING I GREW 1cm WHICH IM PROUD OF. NOW IM 5'10. (p.s I did all the stretches on this vid and one more called COBRA POSE which I think helped quite a bit)
UPDATE 2: I grew half a centimeter. I'm 178 1/2 cm now. I've also been doing the exercises for more than 40 seconds each since the beginning. And I've never done the jump rope one.
UPDATE 3: I'm 179 cm now. I also forgot to mention that I only stretched 6 times a week usually at 11 AM.
UPDATE 4: Still 179cm. :( I might only continue till I'm 180 cm cuz I can't do them,only to grow 1 cm a month,I don't have time like that and It hurts. When I'm 180 I'll update (if I ever will be :| )
p.s I injured my ankle playing football so I did skip like 5 days or so.

Of course stretching will help you. This isn’t some random ass scam program. It’s not magic, it will just allow you to grow to your maximum potential given to you by genetics
@@MH-wo5lj its possible to grow a few inches by stretching but not like if ur 5'0 trying to get to 5'10, now that could be impossible. Unless, you're a kid who hasn't had a growth spurt.

Stretching in the morning is recommended. Get eight hours of sleep.
1:30 Touch your toes for at least 30 seconds
2:12 slowly stand up with a straight back. Lift your head a little more than parallel to the ground.
3:04 slowly lift your hands and reach for the sky
3:22 get on your toes for 30 seconds
5:05 stretch your shoulders on the wall
5:57 stretch lats and thighs
6:34 just kind of reach like that for 30 seconds
7:27 stretch your lower back for 30 seconds
8:14 I don’t know anymore
9:09 Touch your toes while sitting. Keep a straight back.
9:27 do this kind of stretch.
10:00 do jump rope exercises.

Ok so apparently Im the only REAL short person here. Imma start doing this.

(Seems unrealistic but I think I can do it with time.)
I'm starting today on November 10 so I will update this on December 10 when it will officially be a month of exercise. Please remind me by liking this or commenting on it whenever you guys can.
Update: It is finally december 10th, thank you all for being patient. I did infact grow! I grew around half an inch. Which is 1cm. So now I am 158cm! That doesn't seem like a lot but keep in mind I haven't grown since I was 12.
It could be more though. I realized that there were a lot of things I was doing wrong during these 30 days that really affected that growth too. I will be avoiding them for my next 30 days but for now let me point out my flaws.
-Little to no sleep! I have really bad insomnia and I was only getting 1-4 hours of sleep and it wasn't even a continuos sleep it was all broken out through out the day. (I got medicine for it so hopefully that will help.)
-I was only eating 1 meal a day. This one meal wasn't even a proper meal it was literal ramen.
-Not drinking enough water. I drank like 2 cups a day if I even remembered to drink water.
-I stopped exercising for days at a time due to school work so I would forget to.
So for these next 30 day I will be fixing all of that and then updating the progress to see if these changes will improve my growth. Next update will be on the 10th of january! Hopefully I will grow more!!
Update: I am here to apologise to you guys as this is not another height update but I will no longer be updating. I am currently dealing with a lot of stuff regarding my personal life and I really want to focus on fixing lost connections and getting back on my feet rather than focusing on a dream about finally being tall. I might come back and start over but it doesn't seem like it for now. I do want to thank you guys for all of the support and all of the people who came along and stayed. I'm Sorry that this was short. Again, thank you!

6:10 Lats and obliques: (right) front leg bent at 90° angle foot pointing frontwards, (left) back leg straight pointing parallel to front. Rest right arm on (right) front leg and stretch the left side by leaning towards the right side. Repeat with the left side.
6:37 Lay on your stomach, raise legs, arms behind you as though you want to touch your heel from behind. Neck straight, chin parallel to the ground. Hold for 30 relax. Repeat a few times

I actually started to do these stretches when I was 163cm tall I did them for a month (like 2-3 times a week) and I grew 9 cm (I'm currently 172cm tall )

I think your goal is achievable but you have to get at least 8 hours of good sleep everyday (I slept 8+ hours every day and as you can see it helped a lot)

Bro this works for me too well , I grew 4 cm which means I'm 176 tall (5'9'') it took only 4 weeks
If there was no limit to growth I would probably be like 196 cm by the end of the year .

Sooo a few stretches change my bones size amazing
I am originally 64 and a half inch so ig i am around 164 cm so i decided to try stretching and give you guys result as others aren't consistent at it and after 1 week , i measured myself and i am 65 inch(165.1 cm) so i do gain some height most probably because of just my bad posture , i will give update for the next week
I did this everyday for a month and grew about half an inch, it helps but you won’t grow like crazy, just might get an extra inch which is still nice
Clean Every inch counts for me cause I’m 5’9 as a good basketball player that’s so close to dunking

I’m sixteen and turning seventeen in less than a month. I have been doing this stretch once almost every day (missed 4-5 days) within the last 3-4 months while eating a lot of food (healthy choices of course) and exercising; 1000 jump rope; 100 push ups and 30-60 minutes HIIT boxing training everyday. I slowly, but gradually grew from 5’9 to a little less than 5’11 and I’m going to try for 6ft.
What I’m saying is that don’t lose hope, try your best and everything will pay off. Just BELIEVE IN THE PROCESS and you will get the height you desire. Don’t give up!

Month 3.5 : 178cm
Month 5: 180cm
**note that the increase was quite dramatic because I have poor posture. (I might have only grown like 1-2 cm)

Update January: after two months of daily stretches, my height is still 173,5cm so in my personal experience, a man with a good posture, stretches helped me to gain only 0,5cm. It is something, but being realistic it doesn't worth the time that you have to spend on it. Maybe if you have some issues in your spine stretches could help you, but if you don't have anything,I don't think that stretches will be useful for you
Wow I had forgotten this post. After a year I haven't grown nothing more but I have realized that height doesn't matter as much as I thought before

Had a growth sprut at 13 grew 4 inches in a span of 6 to 8 months then stopped growing ( been 7 months since my last height increment)
I am gonna try to do these stretches daily morning starting today while getting 6-8 hrs of sleep , I'll keep updating my height week after week

I'm almost 17 year old , I'll follow every step and update every month . Height 5'5 or 166.5 cm . Dad's height 5'6 , mom's height 5 . I'll also be doing stretching everyday and physical activity too .
@Khonshu i will be 17 in about a week. Currently somewhere between 5,9 and 5, 10 inches. Target is 6,1 , more if possible. Starting from today. Will perform these stretches consistently. Will let you know abt my progress as well. You better start doing these asap too.

I can vouch , the video is amazing and works. I started these stretches as well as running and eating more meat or vegetables about 7 months ago. I was 5’6 when i started and today i am 5’8 and a half (basically 5’9 to 5’9 1/2 with shoes on). U have to be consistent with it every morning and night as well as tons of water.
