I’m loving these longer yin videos-especially to decompress after stressful days like today, with the madness in the Capitol. Have you thought about adding a few minutes of quiet/music at the end? I find myself wanting to chill in shavasana for a while but I have to get up to pause before another video auto-plays 😂

Thank you! This was very helpful. I noticed my left side is much stiffer than the right side. Some weeks ago I developed bursitis on both hips, the right one is practically healed, but the left one is still sore, and the muscles are tense and shortened in the left leg. I enjoyed this yin yoga session very much and would love to have more of these. Thanks ❤️

@@YogawithJoelle Thank you! My left side is always more tense because I have scoliosis. It's good for me to stretch every day, but the muscles get tense again very quickly. But I have noticed some improvement since I started practicing yoga a couple of years ago. After a simple yoga session I can lean forward and touch the floor, which I couldn't do before. I'm getting more flexibility and this is all thanks to yoga. 😊

Have you perhaps tried my upper back pain routine (ruclips.net/video/GHRTLwFiGVo/видео.html) or ultimate back pain (ruclips.net/video/ZY7SrbBxaxA/видео.html) yet? Possibly the chest stretch one (ruclips.net/video/8QArvfAO-GM/видео.html) could be useful as well, just to get a general stretch and a little more mobility into the surrounding area around the ribcage. I hope that can help! 🌟
