My favorite practice when I’m feeling particularly tired in the morning because of sleep deprivation. It gives me energy to keep going through the rest of the day. Thank you Joelle.

Peace and Calm. This was a phenomenal practice which I look forward to enjoying many more times in the future. The sights and nature sounds almost made it the next best thing to a real vacation. OK, real vacations are better but this one was special. Thanks again Joelle!
Hi Joelle. I'm loving this practice and have gone back to it several mornings. I always work out in the morning e.g., recumbent bike, HIIT workouts, aerobic, etc. It varies each morning. Should I do these before or after the practice?
@@davidthomas8413 Good question! You're certainly welcome to do either, but personally I love adding deep stretches after a workout to release tension built up in the muscles as well as calm down the nervous system ;-)
I took your advise. After a 45 minute strength training session I followed up with your wake up & stretch practice. Worked for me! Consider me a big fan!!

Mam ! that was lovely. When u said Be in the Present moment...well that's the ultimate 5hing u can achieve in Spirituality. U already have that in u..in ur serenity n calm eyes..n what with a river rustling just behind u..such placid surroundings to do one's Yoga practice n meditation. Pl. Do include some more meditation vidios whenever u can. Ur voice is soothing too..n i had tears in my eyes..whenever u said 'be in the Present'😌❤️😌

Beautiful flow in a beautiful setting. I feel calm and flexible. Usually, I don’t enjoy yin but the time flowed so nicely along I didn’t get too distracted. Thank you for this practice.
Peace & Calm, Calm & Peace! I thought oh boy, holding poses for an entire 17 minutes, I don't know.... but, as someone else said the time went by so quickly and It felt so good! Loved it! Learning to slow down!
Joelle, I am so grateful for your yoga practices and for finding your channel. I had an L5/S1 fusion almost 21 years ago and this winter has been the worst ever for chronic lower back and hip pain. After practicing several of your hip pain/bursitis/sciatica classes, I am getting some relief Thank you for your awesome classes! Namaste 🙏

Being present sounds so terrifying so much of my attention is a focus to the outside and avoiding people and they're chasing behaviors both in words and how they drive I think I'll go in today
