A balanced set of poses for the upper body, with the nourishing rests and body-wisdom that make the poses as effective as possible. Thank you for sharing this. 🙇♀🙏🧘♀
My doorway into the self this week has been listening to the waves next to us 24/7. A cellular reset for my body along with this practice and doorway to the true self. Gave myself a full rest yesterday and nice to have this relaxing practice after a day off. Loved the banana pose. So opening to side stretch while laying down. 🙏💕

Loved the half butterfly in this class. What is the name of that muscle that goes from the shoulder to the sacrum? I think I am holding some tension there. I always struggle with puppy pose. I did tadpole instead. Any other variations you would suggest? Greetings from grey Berlin.
As an alternative to puppy pose you could do supported fish with arms up dropping them back toward the floor over the head. The large back muscle I mentioned is the latissimus dorsi. Here’s a good video on it: ruclips.net/video/NUlcEjacS5M/видео.html
