    Lauren, thank you for sharing your amazing talent and creativity choreographing these routines! I have become consistent at exercising for the first time in my life because your channel keeps me engaged. This one was challenging, but I made it! Love the Tabata style as well as kickboxing & combining cardio with strength. Truly brilliant!

    In South Africa where l live one can surely feel an autumn nip in the air. There are 2 things that guarantee to warm me up: cleaning my house and working out. Most often l prefer the latter....so much more fun 🤩 So thanks very much for this enjoyable and invigorating class Lauren 🙏

    Interesting thing! My body loves long workouts (and at this time I need to run about all sorts of errands): and everything is carefully worked out and not boring - weights, sumo, squats, lunges of all kinds. The body really likes it, so now I have to choose the longest workouts and enjoy it. Thank you very much, Lauren, for being with us every day!

      Excellent! I agree, sometimes when the body is warmed up you feel like you can just keep going! Many viewers put several of my workouts together so they have a longer workout.

    First time doing Tabata amd I really liked it! Love kickboxing; used to have it at our senior center but the instructor never came back after pandemic shutdown. Thanks for the workout!

    Wow, everybody who knows me knows I am not a fan of cardio, but this one was so fun. I am glad we only used 3 lbs after I did the Anti Aging with heavy weights yesterday.

    Super workout. I didn’t think I would be able to make it through, but I did. It was a little bit of a challenge, but that’s always good. At 78 I feel I am in better shape than at 50!

    This was fantastic! After not being able to fully workout for over a week (I reinjured my herniated disc after all these years of it being fine). I made sure to stretch daily, and today, I felt well enough to do this workout, that I wanted to so desperately do last week. Fabulous. Thanks so much, Lauren! 💓😘

    So fun! Loved the short intervals and variety. Used just 1/2 lb weights because I'm recovering from surgery. A small thing I appreciate: that you remember to give opposite cueing from your own body, so it matches what we're doing as we watch you. Very helpful and many instructors on youtube don't do it!     My group did this workout this morning. We enjoyed it greatly and were amazed at how fast it seemed to go! Many of us bumped up to using 5 pound weights instead of 3. Thank you for your workouts.

    I really like this workout, which was my first time doing Tabata. I especially like the short segments and rotating between with and without weights. Your reminders such as shoulders down and exhale on exertion come at the perfect time making it seem as if you're looking right at me. Like others have said, the time passed quickly. Best of all is how often you create new workouts to keep it fun. 😊

    Hi Lauren, I love your workout routines especially the Tabata ones. Just wanted to know how much calories do you think this work out will burn. It would be good if you could provide a rough calorie burn estimate with each of your videos. Thanks for motivating us to stay in shape.

      Glad you like it! I don't post calorie burn, not even rough estimates because it can vary so widely. I recommend googling "calorie calculator" you can input the time and type of workout and all your individual stats for a much more accurate estimate.
