Interesting thing! My body loves long workouts (and at this time I need to run about all sorts of errands): and everything is carefully worked out and not boring - weights, sumo, squats, lunges of all kinds. The body really likes it, so now I have to choose the longest workouts and enjoy it. Thank you very much, Lauren, for being with us every day!

So fun! Loved the short intervals and variety. Used just 1/2 lb weights because I'm recovering from surgery. A small thing I appreciate: that you remember to give opposite cueing from your own body, so it matches what we're doing as we watch you. Very helpful and many instructors on youtube don't do it! I really like this workout, which was my first time doing Tabata. I especially like the short segments and rotating between with and without weights. Your reminders such as shoulders down and exhale on exertion come at the perfect time making it seem as if you're looking right at me. Like others have said, the time passed quickly. Best of all is how often you create new workouts to keep it fun. 😊

Glad you like it! I don't post calorie burn, not even rough estimates because it can vary so widely. I recommend googling "calorie calculator" you can input the time and type of workout and all your individual stats for a much more accurate estimate.
