I was vegan for 5 years and was mostly vegetarian before that, and even after reintroduction of animal products I couldn't digest meat well so was mostly eating vegetable soups and salads and nuts..
I have hyperelasticity as well, it explains why I had the prolapse not to mention my excessive use of stimulants to self sooth my anxiety.
That was insightful thank you so much I appreciate it ❤

Happy someone is making this video. ❤ Thank you. I almost signed up for an expensive pelvic floor specialist but carnivore found me before that. And I was already craving grilled bone marrow.

My urethral prolapse retreated within a week. It was my partner who pointed it out. I just felt less pressure. After a month on high fat carnivore, my prolapse receeded into the vaginal opening. I am super stoked.

I have not heard of anyone with that combination. But our MoonRise practitioner Disa have healed Thyroid (new.moonrise.health/public/library/course/how-to-heal-the-thyroid-gland#copy-link) and, as you know, I have healed prolapse. Hope that helps!

Thank you for these insights. I am from Hungary and here bone broth and liver, heart etc. count as traditional food. :) After giving birth my granny made me a lot of meat broth, that was my first craving. Before I was a flexitarian, eating just very little meat, but since birth my body just told me to eat meat. So it has been an interesting instinct. (Also, before birth I ate sooo much chili and spicy food, and after I just coughed and couldn't eat the same things any more.) It is good to know I am on the right track, somehow intuitively.
A question: do you have experience with tissue salts? Someone told me that Schüssler salt nr. 1 (calcium fluoratum) is good for facilitating the collagene intake of the body and can be beneficial for healing prolapse in the long run (I have rectocele).

I cured my prolapse by going high fat carnivore. I didn't like butter/ghee. Instead I had grilled bone marrow with my high fat lamb loins/ribs. Within a week my partner noticed my prolapse reversed from 3 to two. I highly recommend bone marrow grilled, it's super delicious. I am 6 weeks in and the prolapse receeded into the vaginal opening.
