Thanks for this workout. I hope I will lose some fat in the next few months. I have been doing a lot of HIIT workouts recently, and I think I am eating properly ever since I got meal plan from Next Level Diet. I lost a lot of weight, and it is mostly fat as I can see.

If I were you, I'll do 3 times per week and 3 sets for each exercise. Depends on your fitness goals, but not more than 1 hour of training

Should i do this on calories deficit or surplus?
Depends on your fitness goals. If you want to pack some muscle, go for surplus, but if you want to strip some fat away, go for deficit.

He needs to work on his cardiovascular performance. Gassing out too quick, nice physic. But honestly he doesn't show signs of being healthy 😱
you may have got the wrong impression about how quickly he reaches exhaustion. He actually did all the supersets twice. We edited it down. So in many cases, you see him do 10 reps from Set 1, then 5 reps from Set 2. It makes a better video, but it may give the impression that he becomes exhausted sooner than he actually did on the day.
