    I did this small circuit two nights in a row along with my own kettle, push-ups, and squats workout and I’m dead for real. Amazing workout. Once I’m no longer dying of doms I’ll be back and make it a regular circuit right in the morning or an hour or two before bed. Great job. This guy’s an animal.

      abdul rauf I am not an athlete but I have fallen in love with this set of exercises since I saw results. At first it is hard, especialyy to breathe but gradually you manage it. And I never did sport and I am 43

    Dan Tai. I completed this heart crazy pumping circuit in 7 mins and some secs. I did it with the gym instructor at the hotel I am staying. He gave up at the 6th min. I believe it was because I watched ur video more that 3 times that motivated me to complete this. Crazy crazy crazy .

    No pain no gain, some complainers are just a dead people. I wasn't working out since I left playing soccer for the last 13 years and I am back like tyson said it . Thank you, it is not only simple instructions but simply 👌 inspiring.

    This looks so easy to do. But really difficult to finish the whole set. Even Dan was exhausted at the end. I have been doing this exercise at home slowly. I like how my thigh feels after the exercise.

    When someone does these exercises, look very simple and easy. But when I do, don’t want to say, I feel I am gonna die very soon. Who else like me here ? Hahahahahahahaha....

      these exercises are cardio based-i've done some of them and they feel exhausting.
      i tend to focus on muscle building when i go to the gym-but have to do these since gyms are closed atm

    Ok, you made it look so easy… that was fire for my legs… i’m not in good shape like one, two years ago but i can say that this is an excellent workout. I just couldn’t finish it without some breaks. Really really good! I have a goal now

    People who haven't tried this don't know what they are missing. I did this every two days for a month and went from 95kg to 82kg. 13 kilos in one month and am very grateful now to any HIIT style exercise.

      Yeah you don’t build muscles by doing cardio but it can help in shredding for body conditioning.

    He can do those stuffs since he is already in shape. I want to see a regular person doing from out of shape to becoming in shape.

      For out of shape person, person need to loose weight by cardio and resistance work out. Once he lost his weight he need to do weight training to get rid of loose skin. Then he need to do this work out to loose subcutaneous fat. Simultaneously he need to do weight training to increase muscles mass. After all this effort he will get a good body.
      Remember diet contributes 90℅ to get an awesome body.

      There is something called modification. Every movement he is doing can be modified until you get to the level where you can perform without modifications. The video is flawed a bit by showing a fit guy doing these exercises. They should have shown the same guy doing modified versions for those who are out of shape or not as conditioned for this type of exercise.

      @@Piipii16 there is no such thing as losing fat in certain areas. Keep losing overall body fat and all the fats in the areas you want will disappear. Whenever muscle tissue is increased, fat tissue decreases so another thing you could do is a combination of cardio and resistant workouts. The resistant workouts should target those fat areas. ie. Triceps: do dips or close push ups, if it's back, do rows, supine back extensions etc. Hope this helps.

    Wow ... that’s one burner of a workout ...exceedingly hard on your fat. I took longer rests in between the sets. ... gonna try keep on shortening the rests periods every week!

    i have an average physique, i was only able to reach jumping lunges in my first attempt.... i say he is doing this for 2-3wk to endure the whole circuit.

    There is a fitness guru that say's mountain climbers don't work the abs. But think about it. Once your arms get tired from holding your own weight , your core has to really kick in.

    First day I did up to 2 min
    Second day did up to 3 min
    Today reached 4 min which is about 80%
    Tomorrow will be another score
