    Great videos, and information that gets to the point. I repiped my house a few years ago with pex, using a similar manifold system with individual shutoffs for each line. I installed a 3/4" line attached to a recirculating pump for the hot water manifold that has inlets on both sides for a return line.

    Starting to investigate manifold systems. Your video provided me with an excellent visual guide for a reasonably handy DIYer. Have added this to my project list. Thanks!

    Upvoted because of the recommendation. Normally RUclips sends stuff that is of no interest in whatsoever. Great job. Nice and clean

    This was really helpful, combined with your video about replacing the polyb lines in your basement - I have a decent idea of what I think I need to do. First step, buy PEX tools...

    Nice video and very neat looking result. Picked up some ideas from it.
    @PROSDIY - what is the reason you chose PEX B vs PEX A? The thing about PEX B connectors reducing flow bugs me and you don't seem to upsize your pipes. Do you think it's not a valid concern? Thanks!

    Seeing some systems with all white and some with blue/red - why choose all-white vs color coding which indicates at-a-glance which is which without having to trace the line (especially when it disappears into a wall..)? Thanks for the show-and-tell and ideas!

    How is the noise level with the manifold? Would you hear it from the bedroom without insulation? How is the noise with insulation?

    I’d note that there are minimum lengths for some types of pex

    Hey man ! Ive been working in an hardware store for a while in the plumbing section and Ive enjoyed learning about it, english isnt my first language and I wondered what was the purpose of all the pex lines going to a cap, working as an hammer arrestor ? Or is it simply for future lines ? Good video, satisfying watching some good work !

    • @PROSDIY
      @PROSDIY  3 года назад +2

      Correct. They are future lines to 2 bathroom groups that are going to be renovated in a few months.

    It's sad to see such good ABS pipe installed by a jake-leg.. Here in Texas ABS is hard to come by, sadly the same cant be said for amateur plumbing
