This's so great! I've been a huge fitness guru since I was 15yrs old. I'm now 45 and dealing with multiple injuries, most recently recovering from a terrible bout of calcific tendonitis in my shoulser. I'm finally able to get full range back but want to take it easy/slow with my upper body workouts. not to say this won't be challenging, but I know it'll be better on my joints! ty😉

It makes a big difference to create your own tension. If you start the exercise from a point of tension you will feel the burn a lot faster! I'm happy you found it effective! 🙂
It's a new type of hard! Keep going with these no weight or light weight barre/Pilates exercises and you will definitely have a stronger body than cross fit. Also future proofing cause you are saving your joints 😊

I actually filmed this one when I had an injury too and wasn't able to use weights. You can actually do most of my light weight workouts without weights and just use iso tension. I have upper back and shoulders issues and weightless or lightweight is the way to go for me. Still burns like crazy and have to do a lot of less reps. I feel like these moves actually help me get stronger without injuring myself.

Thanks, this was awesome!! I tried to use 1.5 lb weights, but could only manage to use them randomly throughout. The burn was intense! I paired it with your 28 min Sculpted Core and Total Body Ballet Barre Hiit. Loved every minute of my workout today : )

Thanks so much. Actually it's vinyl flooring made to look like wood. It is a super thick one so is great for joints and much more durable than real wood :)

I have a few workouts with lots of push-ups in them, which are a great way of lifting the bust. I also have a heavier weights chest workout and then a few non-youtube workouts which are for chest. Great arm video, if i want smaller arms and to burn arm fat should i do this without weights or with 3 or 5lb weights to slim arms are shoulders?
