On m’y list for next week as I already did one of your inner thigh workouts the other day. It amazes me every time I do your workouts, how these movements work muscles in such a different way than traditional gym strength training moves; just when I think I have strong legs, I do one of Linda’s workouts and nope, not as strong as I thought! Thank you for gifting us with these workouts 💓
For the last couple years I tapered off your harder workouts because I am 51, had a knee replacement, cancer, hypothyroid, other abdominal surgeries, etc... and I told myself I needed to just accept my limitations. But previewing your workouts you always give cues saying "do what you can, just do something" and always offer variations for all audiences. So I am back doing the hard workouts (the new 1000s included!) and feeling stronger each time. This one was so hard for me, but I did it. Thank you Linda for your motivation. You make a difference for so many people! 😘💗
I am so happy to hear that. Often our limitations are more mental than physical. With patience and perseverance you can regain strength and fitness you never thought possible! So glad to be able to help you gain momentum again!
Back to Linda club, after my second baby took my time getting into shape. Here is to 2023 with Linda! Thanks for this amazing workout, I did the abs and then the last ten min of legs and stretch and it really felt like a full body workout. Amazing as always. So many to choose from and I still need to go through my purchased sets:)

Hi, I am real fan of your workouts. But there is this one thing that distracts while I am following along the workouts. Not a critisism, but just a feedback/feeling I thought of sharing - it would be great if your could give exercise instructions at the start of a particular set and then let the music playing for rest of that exercise. Honestly, too much talking/voice distracts me while I am trying to match up the pace. Music gives more energy to work through. Not sure if anyone else also felt the same with your workouts. Apart from this, your workouts are really really die hard and amazing!
thanks for your feedback. It's hard to please everyone, because a lot of people comment that they love my cueing and reminders to keep their form right. I am changing the music and making it more prominent, so that will definitely help and I am planning on doing some workouts with very little or even no instruction too.
