I fitted a double din pioneer system on my sister’s 2006 corolla hatch. It fits, but you should get the black piece of plastic that goes around the radio too, or you’ll have these ugly gaps in between the radio and the A/C vents

bad ass video bro can you make a video about a good touch screen to put in a car just like this Corolla for people who want their older to car to function like newer cars like having a backup camera I know how to run wires and can install the camera I need help on picking a good head unit touch scree. with like wifi blue tooth so I can pull up Google maps using my phones hot spot and connect my phone to head unit via blue tooth are my top 3 concerns just bought a 2005 Corolla for 500 bucks it had lots of dings and dents and 245k miles but the AC was cold and it runs good!!!! in molested car no one has been dicking around customizing it so hopefully shell run 400k miles so I want to upgrade the stereo unit back up camera bluetooth and wifi connectivity etc.. can you reccomend I ask you because your videos are straight legitimate very useful to the point no waste of time and informative as hell love u bro!
I also have an 05 Corolla, it just reached 300,000 so I was freaking out thinking okay it's to the end of it's road now...you always hear the average lifespan of a car is around that...funny thing is that the meter thing stopped working right at 299,999 miles and won't roll over haha! The only problem I've had is recent....the dash lights and tail lights/parking lights stopped working, not a fuse or a bulb. I figure it's a wire lose somewhere, bc I seen in my glove compartment one day a mouse had chewed open a ketchup packet,....I'm thinking one has got in there somehow and chewed a wire, or made it come lose. Other than that, we've had the car for years, and it's never had any major problems, oil is always clean, doesn't leak anything, only thing I've had to replace in years of driving it was the brake pads.
@@justasmalltowngirl9430 sorry to hear about the headlights tail light problem best I can say is just dig around in the glove box area also look at the engine side firewall and also under the steering wheel for more signs of the mouse... maybe you will see something other than that u just gotta start following the wires from your tail lights and headlights u can look and see the color of wire and try to look at the whole.length of the wire as possible somemparts are gonna be grouped together in a black wire loom if the loom looks un damaged try to skip that part and try to find the same color wire on other side of the loom look for damaged plastic loom etc.. try jiggling all the connectors etc.. I believe in you can figure out the problem!

@@hickstylez no, I never knew they stopped at that,... There's also a recall on the airbags, bc I had to go replace them.
