You never cease to amaze me. You have so many different talents. Turned out very nice as always!
Thank you Bob!!☻
Amazing. That red stitching really makes it pop! Great work as always RoadKing!
Thank you John!!☻
Reminds me of the dashboard on my Datsun pickup that I recovered many years ago. It looks great and I love the French stitch in red!
Thank you Dan'l!!☻
Stellar work R.K.! I like the flat paddle blade idea on the old Weller.
Thank you Matt!! I love those old 325 watt Wellers, I have 4 of them for different applications!! They stopped making them so powerful, ya gotta pick them up used!!☻
Nicely done EJ. Professional results as always.
Thank you George!!☻
Great job! I thought that thing was a goner, but you really spiffed it up! Thanks!
Thank you Mark!!☻
For someone that says you had no formal training in this stuff you amaze me how you figure this out. Gtrat job Everrett !!!
Thank you Matt!!☻
I do like that stitching. I need to copy that on the door trims on my old Volvo. 😊
Once again, road king does the impossible. I might have had embroidered the judge On the passenger side in red stitching. Never seen this done. I'd like to see the car when it's all together. Everybody loves the road King.😊😊❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks Chuck!! That would look good, Judge, Pontiac, GTO!! We know somebody with a Embroidery Machine!!☻
Turned out excellent. You're a man of many talents.
Thank you Larry!!☻
When 805RoadKing have done it it will looks good (27:25) 😁, I just love how you show the way to do upholstery in an understandable format. I have learned a ton from these videos.. Keep them coming... Love from Sweden // Micke
As usual, another great job!!
Thank you Brad!!☻
Roadking's gonna start the Seamsters union.
He's re-ruining the dash.
Wow, such talent! I have a 1993 Silverado dash I am working on, (but it is just a simple plastic replacement). "Liked and shared!"
Fantastic job! That really looks nice with the contrasting stitching. Really nice! 😃👍
Thanks Buddy!! Right now the car is White, He wants to paint it Red!!☻
@@805ROADKINGRed is a hard color unless you have a lot of trim or vinyl roof or something to break it up. Very overpowering color on its own. Ask me how I know. “Earl Scheib”
Well there's a use for the ol' hot snot I'd have never thought of... :P
Never seen that before. Great job on that dashboard. Looks way better than stock. Good video 😊
Thanks Chad!!☻
Great job Buddy, that looks like a million bucks. I really like your masking task trick. That helps you make a nice pattern. Cheers
Thanks alot Lloyd!!☻
Mrs Magdad and I think it turned out great!
Thank Buddy!! And thank the Mrs. for me!!☻
Excellent job, it's coming together very well, thanks for sharing, all the best to you and your loved ones
Thank you Donald!!☻
Brother RK,
Great movie!!
I was going to make a comment about hot glue gun and your ability to sew your own prom dress, but feared loss of translation via Screwtube messaging text. Your talents are incredible.
Thank you Dan'l!!☻
This video brought back memories. There was a guy in our high school named Phil McCracken.
I had a high school friend named Ben Dover
Had a buddy named Mike Hunt.
@@kriswright1022 Mike was his middle name, his first name was Phil
WTF Harold!! Look what you've started!!☻
@@805ROADKING You need the adult content disclaimer. ..lol
I think hot glue is maybe not the best choice, if the car is out cooking in the sun the dashboard temperature will probably be hotter than the melting point of the glue!
My 2017chevy silverado has leather dashboard. Good idea Roadking.😊👍
Thanks Earl!!☻
Great vid Roadking. Have a 79 hilux and 91 K1500 that need love. The 79 hilux is bowed up on the ends.
Thanks Dan!! I had a 75 Hilux!! I beat the piss outta that thing and it just keep running!!☻
Another fascinating job well done! Amazing!
Thank you Terry!!☻
I like the technique and the results is very good....Looks good....CHEERS
Thank you Buddy!!☻
Look very nice thank you for the video can't wait for the next one
Thank you Lil' Joe!! I see you've been binge watching!! We really appreciate your support Bud!!☻
Funny that the machine is called Pfaff, cos it looked like a proper faff sewing that up.
Nice work sir, looks just about factory but probably way batter should last a long time
Thank you John!!☻
I had a car that the previous owner used hot glue on the door panels. One day in the sun and they fell apart. Got hot enough to remelt all the glue. Hopefully heat won't effect what you did.
That dashboard is definitely cracked 😮
Yeah Buddy!!☻
@@805ROADKING some people say that you don't need to use the armor All because it will dry out the material on the dashboard after so much usage but in the case of this one age played a factor in it cracking
Your Hired RK 👍🏻
A body and fender man and no bondo 😐 That glue spreads like syrup yeh ? I especially like the stitch look on that dash nice touch !!!
Thanks Bill!! We have plenty of Bondo, we're burnt out from the F100!! We needed a break!!☻
@@805ROADKING 😆
Iron down hotglue with an Ice cube for smooth finish! Also, hotglue gets soft in the sun... Is that not going to be a problem?
I think it will be fine!! The headliner foam is designed to be a good insulator plus the thickness of the vinyl will help!!☻
Is there anything you can't do Road King?
Yeah Buddy, we can't sing or dance!!☻
