One thing I never tackled was upholstery, this is my first time even spelling it! I do enjoy these skill building videos. You are a great teacher.
Thanks alot Terry!!☻
When people talk about bucket seats, I always picture Oor Wullie in my head, a scottish cartoon character that often used a tin bucket as a seat... :P
A true master of the craft. Great job Buddy, that is great you have the skills and tools to do it. Cheers
Thanks alot Lloyd!! We appreciate you hangin' in there with us!!☻
Another awesome job by RK. I don't care what the video is about I watch all your videos buddy. I always learn something. That seat turned out great. It should real good in his car!

Thank you George!! As are you my Friend, we're a dying Breed!!☻
I have been watching you for years and years you never cease to amaze me with your talent. Thank you so much for all the videos and effort you put in also just wondering will you ever get back to the briggs 3 cylinder radial engine project I would really love to see that completed one day thank you very much from Sydney Australia👍
Thanks Jeta!! Yeah we'll definitely get back to it but it won't be for a while!! Probably after Mike retires, he's much to busy right now for us to devote the time that project needs to be done correctly!! I've seen your projects and you know sometimes the simplest problems can take forever to figure out!!☻
Fantastic job RoadKing, you made it look so easy. Came out really nice!
Thanks alot John!!☻
Wow! That was enjoyable…. Start to finish. The seat looks spectacular and all the pleats came out perfect. Lots of work there and I think Uncle Bobby will be ecstatic. 😃👍
Thanks alot Buddy!! Uncle Bobby just picked them up a few minutes ago, he was tickled silly!!☻
You did a very nice job on that seat....CHEERS
Thanks alot Gator!!☻
Good Job Everett just keep on doing.
Notice the Roadster has dust clean it off and cover it over.
Becareful shoveling snow in our advanced years that can be a bad health trip.
I always enjoy your upholstery videos, and it came out great!
Thanks alot Chris!! I don't get many views on them but that's just because it's not a popular Genre on RUclips!! I like making them, so you will still see them up occasionally!!☻
Hog rings, rings was put in the hogs nose to detour them from rooting under fences. They could also be used to leash a stubborn animal...like with bulls.
I watched from beginning to end! Great work!
Thanks alot Bill!! We appreciate you hangin' in there with us!!☻
@@805ROADKING I once changed out one piece of vinyl from a bucket seat in a 63 Buick Wildcat and it was a nightmare! Seeing you do that whole seat was amazing! Have a Great weekend!

somethimes they sew a metal bar or nylon pipe into the edges to hold them down
From Start to Finish Rk, you Nailed it
Great Job Buddy👍🏻
Thanks alot Bruce!!☻
"Hog Rings" my dad grew up on a farm in Ohio, he told me that Hogs (pigs) would root around with their snout and dig out from under fences and gates and escape so they would put Hog-Rings around their snout so when they would dig around with the nose it would bother them, to keep them from escaping their pen?
Nice!!!!
Thanks alot Mike!!☻
You did an amazing job.well done
Thank you Ian!!☻
nice job buddy. wish you could do the bench in my 66 newport. God Bless out there
Thanks alot Chris!!☻
I watch them Road King. I have to do the interior on my Model A. Any tips I can pick up along the way is a plus right. 👍
Thanks John!! We appreciate you hangin' in there with us!! The Model A interior is alotta fun to do!!☻
Did you replace your sailrite sewing machine with the industrial sewing machine used to sew this bucket seat?
Nah, we still have the Sailrite!! Actually used it quite a bit preparing alotta the pieces on these seats!!☻
I believe the hog rings are crimped onto a hogs nose to make it sensitive. It keeps the hog from digging under the fence. I am puzzled why humans would wear a nose ring. To me, it is a symbol of keeping an animal captive or owning it. ;-)
That puzzles me also, besides it looks ridiculous!!☻
Dd you do uphostery as a job in your life one time?
Nah, just messed around with my own stuff as a hobby!!☻
My mother taught me how to sew on my grandmothers Singer tredal sewing machine, but I could NEVER figuire out how to do that type of work. Nice work Everrett.@@805ROADKING
Is that stuff that nawgahide or however you spell it I thought you said you weren't a professional can't tell that you aren't that's for sure
Thanks alot Jerry!! It's not "Naugahyde" but the same material!! Naugahyde is a brand name!!☻
