Great workout. I am male, almost 73 years old, and have been teaching yoga, Pilates, and Yogalates for 25 years. This one got my heart rate up to about 82% of my MHR. Once I learn the moves and can do them smoother, I can do them faster and get my heart rate up even more! I appreciate the yoga moves that you added to the workout.
Girlll THANK YOU I used to do jump rope workouts and in like 30 minutes I would burn 400 calories with this workout I burn only 300 but at the end of jump rope I would feel awful now with ur workout I feel amazing and that is definitely worth 100 calories LY and to all people watching this keep going u got ittttt!!!!!

Greetings from Scotland. I've been doing cardio workouts for nearly 2 months now. I couldn't do a simple crunch but I persisted and now it's much easier. That was my first time with this workout and even tho I'm absolutely knackered and wanted to stop at least 5 times I did it and I'm proud. Big applause for all the beginners who want to lose weight, we can do it!!

Great workout!! This is one of two low impact HIIT workout that I have found in which I actually burn the 100 calories per 10 minutes that I usually burn during HIIT!! (The other one is Millionaire Hoy’s silent but deadly)....I love the full out intensity of HIIT, but need to be mindful of the downstairs neighbors.
Balance 2024 I noticed I didn't like this session previously so it was new to me today noted it didn't disappoint😅❤ the changes i'm seeing like more muscle definition in my legs, arms and stomach🎉 Have a great weekend you'll!

Thanks! So often, I feel like 'low impact' translates to disappointing low intensity workouts. I have low back issues and can't take lots of squatting or jumping. This workout successfully kicks my butt without too much of either!!!!

Yep I added ankle weights and light dumb bells but struggle on perfecting some of the side kicks but my first go. This is great because I have a sprain and can’t do jumping atm 🦵😃

I used to be in really good shape and then a two year hip injured has left me feeling weak. I have recently been given permission by my physio to do low impact workouts. This was perfect! Thank you.
So according to my watch, only burned 281 calories, but I think that’s because I passed out for a couple minutes halfway through. LOL. I’ll be back though! Thank you Sydney for providing us with completely free videos every single day!!! You’re awesome!!

Thank you for the low impact workout. I have had some problems with my knees lately so I appreciate a full workout dedicated to low impact. I still got a great sweat!
