  • Chocolate ganache cake | freeze and solid cake
    Ingredients :
    For cake -
    Cake flour - 100g
    Egg - 03
    Butter - 100g
    Sugar - 100g
    Baking powder - 1 tsp
    Vanilla - 1 tsp
    For Chocolate ganache -
    Dark Chocolate - 150g
    Butter - 3 tsp
    how to make :
    In a small bowl, combine the cake flour, baking powder. Mix well.
    Add vanilla to eggs and mix .
    After that beat butter and sugar .
    Add the egg mixture to that mixture and beat until the batter is smooth and creamy.
    Finally, add the flour and baking powder mixture into the batter and carefully fold them
    using a spatula.
    Now pour the batter into the prepared cake mold and bake it in preheated oven for about 50 minutes.(180℃)
    Let the cake completely cool .
    take a little water in a saucepan and bring it to a simmer.
    In the meantime cut the dark chocolate (150g) into small pieces and place them in a heat resistant bowl.
    Then add 3 tsp of butter to the bowl. Now mix the chocolate and butter together until melts.
    After the chocolate completely melts and becomes smooth, take it off the heat and let it cool.
    Pour the chocolate ganache over the cake and put it in the refrigerator for an hour .
