    1. Drink lotsa water.
    2. Don't eat more when you're satisfied. (Don't overeat)
    3. Swap white bread, white pasta and white rice for whole grain.
    4. Eat on a smaller plate.
    5. Eat spicy food.
    6. Remind yourself of your goal with pictures and weighing yourself.
    7. Do cardio and weight lift.
    8. Use other people as motivation.
    9. Don't diet.

      I'm kinda confused cause I read somewhere that spicy foods cause u to gain weight. Also citrus fruits I was told that they help lose fat but I was also told they prevent u. So idk who to trust anymore lmao

      Tatianna 2 too much of anything will make you gain weight. Fruit has sugar so eating a lot of it will make you gain. But it’s still healthy and eating the right portion size will benefit you

    the tips :
    1- drink water !
    2- eat until you’re full
    3- switch to healthy carbs
    4- eat in a smaller plate
    5- eat spicy food
    6- don’t tempt yourself ! (don’t buy sweets ...)
    7- keep your goal in mind (with photos of the body you wanna have for exemple)
    8- weigh urself only once a week
    9- do cardio and weight lift
    10- use motivation
    11- don’t diet ! change ur lifestyle and the way u eat but don’t stop eating
    ur welcome !

    and a little tip i wanted to share :
    u should take more than 20min to eat ur meals cause it’s the time it takes for ur brain to understand that u are having a meal (if u eat in less than 20min, u are more likely to still be hungry)

      I love rice. But all we eat is unhealthy stuff. The women on my moms side are overweight so that’s definitely transfered to me and my sister. I’m not yet but if I don’t change my habits I will be. My sister is getting there. So since they’re all overweight they eat bad. Then in my dads side metabolism is fast asf they are all so skinny but they eat shit food.

      I'm there now, too:-( I used to be a size 6 slim. I had went from a size 18 to a 6 by eating what I wanted but moderate portions & 1 sweet per day & 1 sugar free ice cream bar per day. I was 42-43 when I lost the weight. I'm 70 now, not as easy to lose it since I'm not working in a factory standing all day:-(

    It's so hard to not eat junk food 😭 like it's just there in the kitchen looking mighty delicious. It's even harder to eat healthy and workout when u live with ur parents, like I have to secretly workout and then my mom is always telling me to eat more and more like chill mom I wanna get skinny 😔✋

      シSMILE something i do when i see the junk food is, “if you eat it (the junk food) you wont lose weight, your doing it to yourself.” i know it might sound mean or something but it works! also fruit can help with sugar cravings like strawberries or blueberries. :)

      This is where the drink water tip comes in. My mum is a chocoholic, so our fridge is always filled with every kind of chocolate, from KitKats to Maltesers and chocolate bars of hazelnut or fruit and nut. Every day coming home from school I would be sitting in the car thinking “I’m thirsty”, but then I noticed that every time I got home, I opened the fridge to get water and bam, there was the chocolate, so I would eat that and forget to drink water. I decided that from then on, I would not have a chocolate until I had 2 glasses of water. I didn’t eat chocolate for two months straight. Not because I had great discipline, but I just didn’t want it. The thing is, My body never craved the chocolate in the first place.
      Dehydration feels similar to low blood sugar so my body just saw the chocolate as a way to increase my blood sugar. You can train yourself though, instead of seeing the chocolate or junk food as a way to increase blood sugar or blood pressure, see the water as a way to increase your hydration, because that’s what your body actually needs. There was never anything wrong with my blood sugar, it didn’t need to be increased, I just needed water. I just kept confusing dehydration with a need for quick energy from junk food. As long as you’re eating satiating whole foods and including good fats and protein in your diet, your body will NEVER require quick energy from junk food like potato chips and white bread and chocolate and cookies and ice cream, NEVER.

      I love this [Go here === *2WeightLossFast. Com* book! I do wish there were more recipes and photos of recipes however she writes clearly why one is to eat a certain way and why it works! And it works! I lost 30 lbs in a month without even following the suggested work out plan. And I felt great. No bloating or sickness. I have crohns disease and this diet really helped with my symptoms.

    1. Drink water
    2. Eat until you’re satisfied (don’t eat until your full)
    3. Switch to healthy carbs (get rid of white bread etc. and eat more whole grain foods)
    4. Start eating on a smaller plate to trick your mind into thinking your full and avoid overeating
    5. Eat spicy food like chilies and jalapeños (it speeds up metabolism)
    6. Don’t buy bad foods
    7. Keep pictures of what you want to look like or past pictures to motivate you to keep eating healthy and lose weight
    8. Weigh yourself once a week (don’t weigh yourself everyday or you’ll get discouraged)
    9. Do cardio and weightlifting (building muscle makes your metabolism higher)
    10. Use others for motivation (other people are working out too so you should too)
    11. Don’t diet, just eat healthy and exercise

    I tried doing this, and I did lose weight, but I also have a tip to help you lose MORE weight, chose a hobby. When you have a hobby, you would just spend literally your whole day doing it and forget about eating, which helps you lose weight. Don’t choose your hobby like binge eating though, lol. For example, I have a hobby which is online shopping and I would spend my whole time online looking for clothes and only eat 1-2 meals a day. Also, SLEEP MORE!!! If you don’t sleep enough, your body will get tired and eat more. If you are sleeping for like 12 hours, you are literally fasting for that 12 hours and would lose weight. I hope this helps!     1. DRINK WATER!! Drop the pop and sugary drinks. Your body tends to confuse thirst with hunger so when you drink water, you realize that you were in fact thirsty not hungry! BAM!
    Also, drink one glass of water before your meal as it makes you fuller sooner.
    2. EAT UNTIL YOU'RE SATISFIED: keep in mind that it takes your body at least 20 mins to be aware that you are full. Eat slower enjoying every bite.
    3. SWAP TO HEALTHY CARBS:
    4. EAT ON A SMALLER PLATE
    5. EAT SPICY FOOD: boosts ur metabolism and reduces hunger
    6. DON'T TEMPT YOURSELF: don't buy foods that you shouldn't be eating because if you do, you tempt yourself to eat it. Logic.
    7. KEEP REMINDING YOURSELF OF YOUR GOAL: pics of who u want to look like, reminders around areas such as ur fridge, bedroom... etc.
    8. WEIGH YOURSELF ONCE A WEEK: not everyday since you may get discouraged
    9. DONT BE SCARED OF WEIGHT TRAINING: building muscles increases ur metabolism and stops ur skin from sagging.
    10. USE OTHERS AS MOTIVATION. If others can struggle, you should be able to as well.

    Nice tips ! My highest weight was 276 lbs in 2016. Today I'm 219 lbs and 57 lbs down. I'm not done yet though I still have 50 to lose.

    so proud of you!! In case anyone is in a time crunch, here's a recap.
    1. Drink water and stop drinking sugary drinks!! You can sometimes feel hungry, but really you're thirsty.
    2. Eat until you're satisfied, not completely full so you don't end up overeating.
    3. Swap white grains to whole wheat grains.
    4. Use a smaller plate. It tricks your brain to take less food, helping you to not overeat.
    5. Eat spicy foods.
    6. Don't tempt yourself. Don't buy foods you know you shouldn't eat. If you buy it, you'll eat it. (Out of sight, out of mind) If you have a craving, go ahead and buy it, but don't buy it excessively.
    7. Remind yourself of your goal. Use photos of your past self or your ideal body to motivate you.
    8. Weigh yourself once a week. Your weight changes day-to-day, so weigh weekly and you'll realize you're doing just fine.
    9. Don't be afraid of strength training! It'll keep skin from sagging when you lose it.
    10. Use others as motivation. If others are struggling at the same time as you, you can do it to!
    11. Don't diet, just eat better! It may take longer, but its definitely MUCH healthier for you and will keep the weight off.

    I also Loat 60 pounds and the biggest tip I can give is to worry about sticking to your plan for this day. I found when I focus too much on my end goals it made me feel hopeless and like I had so much to do and so far to go so I just focussed on losing 1 to 2 pounds a week and focussing on the day today and eating properly and getting some exercise. Seven months later I was down 60 pounds.

    the water one is so true. I was straight up crying earlier because I thought I had reached a plateau in my weight loss, and I started comparing myself to when I was at school (then) and over summer (now). this video made me realize it was my DAMN WATERBOTTLE!!! like literally I would drink 2 liters in 8 hours and then 1 more at home, and I was losing so much weight during that time.     I think it’s important to mention that this differs according to lifestyle. I don’t drink sodas or junk food, but I don’t move at all day. So for me, the way to lose weight would be exercise.

      @Afnan Cheway you can go swimming and do martial arts (taekwondo, judo, karate)? Both feel less like exercise but more like enjoying yourself and learning overall. You can also take up gardening, it's both therapeutic and hardwork.

    I lost 10 lbs in 4 weeks by just eliminating junk food and drinking only water and eating vegetables for lunch and oatmeal or eggs in the morning and watching my portions, i counted calories the first 2 weeks (depends how much weight you want to loose) now im working on building muscle and maintaining weight. I love the advice about drinking tea before my meal ill try that too!

    Even if white bread has the same amount of sugars as whole grain bread, whole grain is better. Its bc it has more fiber. The sugars are surrounded by fiber. When sugar is alone, your body absorbs it sooner which leads to things like insulin spikes and weight gain. Your body can not breakdown fiber until much later on. If I remember correctly, there is a specific enzyme in your large intestine that breaks fiber down. At this point, your body is able to use the sugar as fuel instead of just storing it as fat.

      How can you say how classy she is when she is constantly swearing? Her videos are excellent and she's so pretty, I think she ruins the videos with all the bad language. She would be a better role model if she could cut out the bad language. It's so unnecessary.

    4. Ear with smaller plate
    5. Eat spicy foods
    6. Don't buy the junk food
    7.keep motivation photo
    8. Weigh 1x a week
    9. Lift Weight( especially females)
    10. Lifestyle - habits

    The problem with juice isn’t the fruit sugar, but the refined sugar that’s added. If you squeeze your orange juice, just go for the six oranges - that’s still 1000x better than store bought

    Your advice is really helpful. I started changing my bad habits a month ago. I work out every other day for 40 minutes. I quit eating junk food at night and out of the vending machine at work. I'm still struggling with drinking more water and cutting portions. It is a very slow process in losing weight but worth it in the end. I want to lose about 50 pounds. So far I've lost about 3. I feel better already though.

    I’m starting my weight loss journey and I’ve been working out everyday and drinking 3 litres of water without fail! I thought it would be horrible having to drink that much, but literally it’s so true, just add lemon or lime and it tastes so much nicer!

    I think that the main problem is not eating too much or overeating, the problem here is emotional eating junk we struggle all the time.
