Speeding up my metabolism: Drink water first thing in the morning and than first get ready and and eat after 45 min Also drink about 3 liters every day Drink green tea or even better drink green matcha tea (Tip if you drink green tea before a workout you will burn more fat) Food swaps: instead of eating high calories sandwiches and chips I started eating veggies with hummed after school And instead of eating sugary cereal I eat oatmeal with berries Exercise: I go to school by bike (30 min) and i exercise everyday 10 minutes of just dance and 20 minutes of cardio before going to sleep And I go to gymnastics practice once a week 2 hours I hope this will help some of y'all

I lost over 10 pounds in the last 2 weeks with this great weight loss method here: FatGone.club I work at McDonalds and when I’m hungry it doesn’t last long cuz I’m constantly smelling the food, which I thought would make me even more hungry, but apparently not IDK abt you guys but I think jumping from one extreme temperature to another constantly is likely to induce a possible stroke....IDK I'll research this but I know its usually a warning in my country parents tell you this all the time
I am very overweight for my age. This video is 100% right. I used to eat super healthy and then get sick of it and start eating unhealthily and barely exercising everday. Now, I eat a healthy diet, with a treat or two every week and I don't exercise EVERY day. I've now gone from "extremely overweight" to "quite chubby". Not true. You can have a thyroid issue or have have an autoimmune disease like lupus some get skinny but some get bigger it depends on Your body and it’s structure.

I always see people talking about "it's just as simple as cal in cal out" but it's not. Back when I was working crazy hours, over 10 hours, I would have 1 maybe two meals and one snack, and even though it was less than recommended calories a day, it was all junk and frozen food. That was the time I gained over 30 lbs.
It is the same, you will lose weight but its not the healthiest way.. fruits veggies whole foods have a much better effect on your body however the calories you intact had to be less than your tdee basically the calories your body burns by just being alive.. to start out Id maybe take a couple hundred away from that and you will start to lose weight adding a balanced nutrition and exercise is the best way

I just wanted to say that when I was younger I was overweight. For many people I know were skinnier when they were younger and gained weight when they were older. I never really cared about my weight, so I ate whatever I wanted. But when I got older, I realized how skinny everyone was compared to me. So I started eating a lot less and started to exercise a lot more. I lost a lot of weight, and I am much happier with myself. I still am insecure about how I look, but it has gotten a lot better than before. Now I would be considered thick and not fat, and my friends tell me I should keep it that way and not be skinny because many girls would want to be like me. I still keep wanting to loose weight though. I try to eat healthy everyday, and exercise everyday. I just wanted to share this with everyone. Maybe this will motivate you and maybe it won’t. But I want you to know that you can do it. You will make it through. Even when you feel like you will change, you will. You just need to be patient.

Omg yes! The first point you made about “naturally skinny” was spot on. Once I started to seeing the true eating habits of the skinny people around me I realised why I was gaining weight! They’ll eat fast food but then they’ll only eat one meal a day or tiny snacks. I was overweight because I was eating junk and heavy foods from the minute I woke up till the minute I went to sleep! I noticed they had no “off limit” foods as well. They ate whatever and called it a day! I’ve found that as a person who has struggled with my weight I had so many hang ups about certain foods.
1:30 belief that certain ppl r naturally skinny and that if u aren’t seeing results it’s bc of ur metabolism or fact that ur not naturally skinny 5:14 dieting = bad bc u gain weight back 6:53 Don’t avoid certain foods that are believed to be bad for losing weight (carbs/fats) 8:18 cant buy weight loss (waist trainers, supplements, etc.)
I just wanted to say something: Sometimes, when you begin to lose weight, if you're working out, it's going to affect it. By that, I mean you may be expecting to, let's say, lose 4kg in a month, but instead you lose 3kg. You don't understand what's going on because you've been following your diet and workout regime religiously and you haven't cheated once. Why's the 1kg still there? The explanation to that is, overall, you HAVE LOST a total of 4kg of FAT, but you've gained 1kg of MUSCLE, thanks to the working out. So please, everyone, you have to understand this. Disclaimer: Numbers used are just examples. Obviously they're not accurate so please don't come at me, thank you. I'm just trying to motivate people and explain to them that the number on the scale IS NOT all there is to it. Every body is different and there are a lot more factors involved, such as body composition (genetic predispositions, hormonal imbalance, both hidden and apparent psychological issues, etc), so just be kind to yourself and try to get it medically checked out/supervised if possible. I love how she mentioned that we can literally achieve what ever we want, we just have to commit and believe we can. I feel like most of the time people quit with weight loss because they aren’t seeing much changes in the mirror, or on the scale, really fast. If you stick to it, and don’t cheat to often you really can reach your dream body. One thing that has really helped with my weight loss journey so far is understanding that food does take affects on your body, and if you feed it what if needs and wants it will reward you with energy, weight loss, etc. I personally think that all weights are beautiful, I just want to clean up my lifestyle and become overall more healthy, losing weight is a nice perk though. If your reading this, and going through the process as I am right now, I want you to know that you can do it! And although it may seem long and drawn out, you will get the body you want eventually. Same but now I am trying to be consistent. I just put a calendar on my table and everyday when I exercise and eat clean,I mark that day. This motivates me so much and I have been consistent for a month now. Don't give up and be proud whenever you did something great for yourself.

se Qw my parents are health coaches and the biggest thing they use is eating small healthy snacks (a serving of fruits, veggies, granola bars, etc) every 2-3 hours and then eat a good healthy dinner with a serving of meats, fish, tofu, whatever type of protein, and then veggies on the side, working out is optional. It keeps your metabolism steady instead of having your sugars crash all day 👍 best of luck to you

My sister has become so insecure over her size that she'll eat calorie heavy meals before bed and everything (it never worked). These are awesome tips! I have lost and gained weight my entire life. My lowest I was 135-140 and my biggest I was 226. I am currently trying to lose 35 pounds. It’s become harder the older I’ve gotten. I eat healthy but I’m always hungry so I basically eat 1500-2000 calories a day in healthy food. It’s all about your portions and getting at least 3x of 30 mins of exercise a week. Congrats on your weight loss!

Here's a useful tip: just eat slower. Enjoy the tase of your food instead of just stuffing it all down. Eat with other people while socializing, so half of the time you're talking instead of eating which will reduce your food intake by a lot.

You explained this in a really lovely way. That mindset translates to other aspects of life too and you managed to say “just commit to something and stop making excuses” in a really inspiring way. I got into playing guitar and singing as a teenager and it used to bother me when people would see my progress and say “some people are just naturally musical”. You’re seeing the finished piece, not the hours of hard work and practice it takes to learn. Then I found myself thinking that people who are good at drawing “just have an eye for it” until I realised that was exactly the same attitude, so I spent a couple of weeks following drawing tutorials and I was amazed at what I was able to do by the end of it! It’s amazing what our brains are capable of if we can learn to use them in productive ways. I didn’t even consider translating this over to my health, so thanks for that :)
Amen! Going from 280 pounds to 160 pounds was not easy but my health improved SOOOO much. Yet everyone thought I was taking something magically or illegal. At the same time I became a single mother to two children. Which ultimately gave me more fight to get healthy then anything. My children needed a healthy MOM! All I did was work out around the house (yard work and playing with my children), and portion control. Yes, I did eat healthier and cut out fast food more, but I still had any food I wanted.
I recently found out I have PCOS and my doctor told me I needed to start working on my lifestyle choices or I could develop diabetes. Your channel has really helped me a lot with information on how to start living more healthy without giving up things I love.

I wanted to lose 60lbs myself. I'm 30lbs in, half way there! I'm struggling at this next stage, I've been stuck at this point for a month. I got lazy and stopped exercising. But youtubers like you, who are really real and lay it out like exactly how you experienced it are so inspiring to me. I'm ready to start losing again and to hit my goals. I got really down about letting myself get stuck here at this stage but you know what, I didn't need to. you can still eat what you want as long as you're in a calorie deficit for the day! I have lost 24lbs in the last few months just by reducing my portions and doing 10,000 steps a day (I run 5K three times a week), but I still eat sweets and chocolate once a week and have meals I enjoy! it's all about balance and moderation! healthy stuff has lower calories so you can eat more of it, but there's nothing stopping you getting a burger once a week!

This is the best video I’ve ever seen. All my life I’ve been chubby. “Gordis,” was my nickname. I am Mexican. I grew up being told that my body was naturally meant to be bigger. I hated how it was hard for me to accept that. Over the years, I hated how I started to accept that. I’ve always been pretty active but my eating wasn’t the best. I ate because the food tasted good. My family cooks amazing foods. I had “friends” that admitted that they would come over just to eat. I ate healthy foods but I over ate! Thank you for helping me! You’ve said everything I’ve always known. I just watched videos that say the opposite of what we know which makes it harder to believe in me. Watching this video after your transformation gives you credibility for your points. Watching this video at my heaviest (172lbs at 5’0) gives me hope and reassurance that I wasn’t being too hard on myself. It is ALL JUST AFFECTED BY YOUR MINDSET! Thank you very much.

Here's how I did it!
Speeding up my metabolism:
Drink water first thing in the morning and than first get ready and and eat after 45 min
Also drink about 3 liters every day
Drink green tea or even better drink green matcha tea
(Tip if you drink green tea before a workout you will burn more fat)
Food swaps: instead of eating high calories sandwiches and chips I started eating veggies with hummed after school
And instead of eating sugary cereal I eat oatmeal with berries
Exercise:
I go to school by bike (30 min) and i exercise everyday 10 minutes of just dance and 20 minutes of cardio before going to sleep
And I go to gymnastics practice once a week 2 hours

I always see people talking about "it's just as simple as cal in cal out" but it's not. Back when I was working crazy hours, over 10 hours, I would have 1 maybe two meals and one snack, and even though it was less than recommended calories a day, it was all junk and frozen food. That was the time I gained over 30 lbs.

I just wanted to say that when I was younger I was overweight. For many people I know were skinnier when they were younger and gained weight when they were older. I never really cared about my weight, so I ate whatever I wanted. But when I got older, I realized how skinny everyone was compared to me. So I started eating a lot less and started to exercise a lot more. I lost a lot of weight, and I am much happier with myself. I still am insecure about how I look, but it has gotten a lot better than before. Now I would be considered thick and not fat, and my friends tell me I should keep it that way and not be skinny because many girls would want to be like me. I still keep wanting to loose weight though. I try to eat healthy everyday, and exercise everyday. I just wanted to share this with everyone. Maybe this will motivate you and maybe it won’t. But I want you to know that you can do it. You will make it through. Even when you feel like you will change, you will. You just need to be patient.

Omg yes! The first point you made about “naturally skinny” was spot on. Once I started to seeing the true eating habits of the skinny people around me I realised why I was gaining weight! They’ll eat fast food but then they’ll only eat one meal a day or tiny snacks. I was overweight because I was eating junk and heavy foods from the minute I woke up till the minute I went to sleep! I noticed they had no “off limit” foods as well. They ate whatever and called it a day! I’ve found that as a person who has struggled with my weight I had so many hang ups about certain foods.
1:30 belief that certain ppl r naturally skinny and that if u aren’t seeing results it’s bc of ur metabolism or fact that ur not naturally skinny
5:14 dieting = bad bc u gain weight back
6:53 Don’t avoid certain foods that are believed to be bad for losing weight (carbs/fats)

I just wanted to say something:
Sometimes, when you begin to lose weight, if you're working out, it's going to affect it. By that, I mean you may be expecting to, let's say, lose 4kg in a month, but instead you lose 3kg. You don't understand what's going on because you've been following your diet and workout regime religiously and you haven't cheated once. Why's the 1kg still there? The explanation to that is, overall, you HAVE LOST a total of 4kg of FAT, but you've gained 1kg of MUSCLE, thanks to the working out. So please, everyone, you have to understand this.
Disclaimer: Numbers used are just examples. Obviously they're not accurate so please don't come at me, thank you. I'm just trying to motivate people and explain to them that the number on the scale IS NOT all there is to it. Every body is different and there are a lot more factors involved, such as body composition (genetic predispositions, hormonal imbalance, both hidden and apparent psychological issues, etc), so just be kind to yourself and try to get it medically checked out/supervised if possible.

I watched the video, maybe I’m slow but I still don’t feel like I know how she lost the weight.
I love how she mentioned that we can literally achieve what ever we want, we just have to commit and believe we can. I feel like most of the time people quit with weight loss because they aren’t seeing much changes in the mirror, or on the scale, really fast. If you stick to it, and don’t cheat to often you really can reach your dream body. One thing that has really helped with my weight loss journey so far is understanding that food does take affects on your body, and if you feed it what if needs and wants it will reward you with energy, weight loss, etc. I personally think that all weights are beautiful, I just want to clean up my lifestyle and become overall more healthy, losing weight is a nice perk though. If your reading this, and going through the process as I am right now, I want you to know that you can do it! And although it may seem long and drawn out, you will get the body you want eventually. Sorry for making that so long, and thank you for reading!!

se Qw my parents are health coaches and the biggest thing they use is eating small healthy snacks (a serving of fruits, veggies, granola bars, etc) every 2-3 hours and then eat a good healthy dinner with a serving of meats, fish, tofu, whatever type of protein, and then veggies on the side, working out is optional. It keeps your metabolism steady instead of having your sugars crash all day 👍 best of luck to you

These are awesome tips! I have lost and gained weight my entire life. My lowest I was 135-140 and my biggest I was 226. I am currently trying to lose 35 pounds. It’s become harder the older I’ve gotten. I eat healthy but I’m always hungry so I basically eat 1500-2000 calories a day in healthy food. It’s all about your portions and getting at least 3x of 30 mins of exercise a week.

Here's a useful tip: just eat slower. Enjoy the tase of your food instead of just stuffing it all down. Eat with other people while socializing, so half of the time you're talking instead of eating which will reduce your food intake by a lot.

I got into playing guitar and singing as a teenager and it used to bother me when people would see my progress and say “some people are just naturally musical”. Then I found myself thinking that people who are good at drawing “just have an eye for it” until I realised that was exactly the same attitude, so I spent a couple of weeks following drawing tutorials and I was amazed at what I was able to do by the end of it! It’s amazing what our brains are capable of if we can learn to use them in productive ways. I didn’t even consider translating this over to my health, so thanks for that :)

Amen! Going from 280 pounds to 160 pounds was not easy but my health improved SOOOO much. Yet everyone thought I was taking something magically or illegal. At the same time I became a single mother to two children. Which ultimately gave me more fight to get healthy then anything. My children needed a healthy MOM! All I did was work out around the house (yard work and playing with my children), and portion control. Yes, I did eat healthier and cut out fast food more, but I still had any food I wanted.
I recently found out I have PCOS and my doctor told me I needed to start working on my lifestyle choices or I could develop diabetes. Your channel has really helped me a lot with information on how to start living more healthy without giving up things I love.
I have 30-60 pounds to lose and although I created my channel to document it, I am still struggling! But being CONSISTENT is the key, but my key needs a little polishing 🤦🏿♀️

@Nob No first of all thank you for being such a kind and amazing person and trying to help me ... so sis I'm 15 years old, weight 143 lbs, high 163 cm, I play karate and I have a match in september so I have to lose 33 pounds in 3 months You have to know that I'm obsessed with any sugary food and I can't follow a specific diet cause I have to eat with my family... by the way I'm so upset because of my weight and I've been trying to lose weight but I fall everytime .... everybody just calls me fat and nobody ever tried to help me so I've been thinking to fast and starve but then I decided to ask for help here in youtube cause I dont have another social media app.

Sigh..I can relate to this so much in 6th grade is when all of my confidence left..and a boy called me names in class one day in front of everyone. Now I regret ever letting ppl get to me bc I rly lost myself but for some reason I am gaining self love and realizing that I am my person and if I don't know or love myself I truly have no one. And now I look back on old pictures and videos and see how small I was and healthy..its sad but I am working on it and will soon be healthy and happy again🙂

I wanted to lose 60lbs myself. I'm 30lbs in, half way there! I'm struggling at this next stage, I've been stuck at this point for a month. I got lazy and stopped exercising. But youtubers like you, who are really real and lay it out like exactly how you experienced it are so inspiring to me. I'm ready to start losing again and to hit my goals. I got really down about letting myself get stuck here at this stage but you know what, I didn't need to. Feeling down about it is wasting time that I can use getting back to it and if anyone else is watching this and feeling like it's too hard. It's hard, but it's not /too/ hard. Don't underestimate yourself. You can do it.

Yeah I’m the same, I’ve only gotten compliments on my body, people find me attractive but for me PERSONALLY I feel awful in my body and could 100% gain confidence and health in losing 20lbs. I’m working on it currently.
Same I just sometimes see the jiggle in my thighs and I think Ew just cause it reminds me of all the Unnecessary fat from my binges that's there and I want to better myself and just create a nice relationship with my food but from the outside everyone says I look slim cause I'm a bit tall

I lost around 66 lbs some 4 years ago and they last year I gained back some 16 lbs ( depression and stressful period of my life), and ever since then I’ve been trying to lose back all this extra fat. Glad I found your video - because I finally realized what helped me lose weight in the first place.

Wow... Thank you for this! I needed to hear this. I'm 42 years old and I have just been beating myself up so much lately because I'm not the size I want to be at the moment. Your number 1 point really blessed me. I have to change my mindset. I'm naturally curvy, always have been. I need to love my body and be realistic about natural/slow improvements. you can still eat what you want as long as you're in a calorie deficit for the day! I have lost 24lbs in the last few months just by reducing my portions and doing 10,000 steps a day (I run 5K three times a week), but I still eat sweets and chocolate once a week and have meals I enjoy! it's all about balance and moderation! healthy stuff has lower calories so you can eat more of it, but there's nothing stopping you getting a burger once a week!

This is the best video I’ve ever seen. All my life I’ve been chubby. “Gordis,” was my nickname. I am Mexican. I grew up being told that my body was naturally meant to be bigger. I hated how it was hard for me to accept that. Over the years, I hated how I started to accept that. I’ve always been pretty active but my eating wasn’t the best. I ate because the food tasted good. My family cooks amazing foods. I had “friends” that admitted that they would come over just to eat. I ate healthy foods but I over ate! Thank you for helping me! You’ve said everything I’ve always known. I just watched videos that say the opposite of what we know which makes it harder to believe in me. Watching this video after your transformation gives you credibility for your points. Watching this video at my heaviest (172lbs at 5’0) gives me hope and reassurance that I wasn’t being too hard on myself. It is ALL JUST AFFECTED BY YOUR MINDSET! Thank you very much.
One more thing! You mentioned how depression weight is also a thing… that blew my mind. I’ll focus on being less sad. I will build my greatest gratitude! We live every day, we only die once. I can do it. I will be the happiest and healthiest version of me and make it a lifestyle.
